      ZERO STARS!!! Do NOT buy anything from Ashley Furniture! You will not be satisfied with the product or their customer service! We bought 2 matching recliners but after we received them realized they definitely were not the same, comfort wise. They looked the same but did not sit the same at all! They had me send photos with measurements, then sent out 1 technician to assess the issue and another to add (old) stuffing from an arm of another chair into ours! Not ok! Still not right, so they decided to check with the manufacturer. Sent another round of photos and after about a month of waiting they called me and said that it is all within the manufacturers specs, therfore cannot do anything more. I have requested for them, on numerous occasions to have the manufacturer come out and sit on it, as pictures do nothing, you need to sit on it... but they just argue with me about it and tell me they have done everything they can. It's all about THEIR specifications and NOT about THE CUSTOMERS satisfaction at all! I am opening up a legal dispute, as we cannot even sit in this chair, it's so uncomfortable!

      Purchased a Whirlpool washing machine through this store in February. A week after purchase the machine stopped working properly and leaked a boatload of water. Had to wait for a technician to come out to get the machine working again - he performed a reset and got the machine to work, but it still leaks water profusely. Technician was not able to pinpoint the cause of the leak. He ordered a new circuit board and that was that. Had to run the machine in a drain pan and vacuum the water out of it frequently due to constant leakage. A week ago the machine stopped working completely again, another technician showed up a week later and installed the new circuit board. He still couldn't get the machine to work, said he needs to order a new lock. Couldn't diagnose the leak since the machine doesn't work. As of this time I am sitting on a 700 dollar paperweight that doesn't work, and still has an undiagnosed leak even if they can get it to work next time. I called the store and they refuse to consider any sort of refund of in store credit. So here I am stuck with a 700 dollar paperweight and have no idea when this new latch that they think will fix it is going to show - they wouldn't give me an ETA, so it could be on backorder for all I know... Ashley Furniture if you're reading this... stop playing games and make this right.

      This is a lemonade stand that doesnt have any lemonade. Purchase a deluxe mattress in August and have had nine rescheduled delivery dates over a month. Ashley doesnt have the items. They keep texting you deliveries date, sometimes two a day. Meanwhile they have your money.

      I purchased a couch that's making me sick.It's emitting formaldehyde.I have breathing problems, chest pain and headaches.I contacted Ashley, on *****************, where I purchased it. They said they can't help me and suggested I sell it I called Ashley's corporate office...their message is about employment and nothing else.I contacted Furniture and Appliance mart in ********, **. They minimized the problem and said a service technician would call me soon. I explained the medical necessity and got transferred back to Ashley. Ashley suggested I sell it.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST FURNITURE STORE OUT THERE. DO NOT BUY!! I would leave a 0 star review if I could. I purchased a sectional sofa last year and got the insurance with it. I also paid an extra 500$ to cover any and everything in relation to pet damage. One of the cats peed on the couch and it took 5 days for them just to send out a cleaning tech. After that, the cushion still reeked of urine because it seeped into The couch. I called back and said it didn’t work and I wanted a new cushion(otherwise what am I paying the insurance for) and they are refusing to replace it because it doesn’t cover “odors” just stains. I’m so upset. The forest specifically says “pet damage” and I think that qualifies as pet damage. This business is extremely shady and the worst experience I have ever had. I will never shop Here again and I hope No one else does either. Horrible business. I want my new cushion.

      Poor customer service, refusing to admit their salesman gave misleading information. I was misinformed about the product I was buying before even leaving the store. When bring up my concern before leaving the store, they informed me that it would all work just fine with my existing bed. When getting home within that half hour and calling again to inform them that the bed will not work and I have concerns with the information you told me about this product. I was told they couldn't do anything about this issue. I was lied to by the sales person. I was told both twin adjustable beds will work as one (only needing one remote) not true. Also I asked if this will this work on my existing bed( I don't need the legs) it dose not work on my existing bed. Being they are two different frames and sizes. Again was told they couldn't do anything, I would need to contact the customer care. Which I've called at least four times if not more, getting no where and NO phone calls back. Now that I can't use the bed like I would like to. I decided to put it into my spare bedroom. Not what I wanted, but would can I do with a bed that is not able to work on my exciting bed like I was told. So now I do need the legs and I 'm miss two legs and the rubber protection on the legs. This is so frustrating. I have been lied to, misinformed and basically pushed off. This is not customer care. I finally walked into the store to face the manager. He just stood and stared at me and said I will try to see if we can get parts. At this point I want a full refund for being mislead from the beginning. This has been going on for 3months.

      One star is generous. I bought a brand new sectional and had them deliver it. I bought the product care for it as well. I needed it delivered in May but because my lease wasnt ready for move in I asked they change locations as I found a new rental. Fast forward to that week I was moving in they delivered the item and between moving and working full time I hadnt gotten a chance to sit on the couch. When I finally did it creaked a lot. I called to ask and they sent a tech who confirmed the sectional was broken in multiple spots and not worth doing repairs on. They declined that and made drivers come get it to fix it in house. Even the drivers mentioned it was not worth it and that I should have been refunded. They dragged my white couch in didnt solve the issue or clean it upon return. They never offered partial refund or anything despite giving me a broken product at their fault. I will never buy from them or suggest others do ever again.
