      Completely incompetent. I was involved in a car accident with someone who uses this insurance on 11/11/23. He it is 12/4/2023 an nothing has been done to my car and adjuster hasn’t even went to look at my vehicle. My claims rep mackinze ****** is completely unprofessional. First they were having trouble locating my vehicle which was a lie because the body shop said no one called them. Then the “adjuster” set an “appointment” on Saturday when the body shop was closed and they had this information before hand. It does not take a genius to ****** business hours. Please before if you want to deal with this insurance company. They are very shady.

      A truck driver insured with this company hit my car TWICE and this insurance company does not feel they are at fault. I have provided them video, pictures, and even the skid marks from where the truck PUSHED my parked car 20-30 feet in the parking lot. SENTRY thinks my car is still drivable and will not issue me a rental car.

      This is a garbage insurance company theyre insured merged into my lane hitting me and was cited for doing so and there was video footage of the whole thing and they only want to pay me 60% of my damages after I complained a little they upped it to 75. This doesnt sound like a very sound business policy. It seems to me like they just lowball you and hope you take what they offer.

      Crooks. They will bend you over and s**** you. There is a reason they are not BBB accredited. They should be in jail.

      Their client ran a red light and hit my vehicle. They then proceeded to have me take my car to the body shop to have it fixed only to not issue payment until after I sign a paper letting their client off the hook for the additional damages above his lowest level insurance. So in order to get my car I have to sign because they already authorized the work. Trash insurance company

      may I know why your agent Nia ******* from Claims Representative Department |********************** ignoring & rejecting to pay for damage that truck insured by your Sentra did to my car? Why she is ignoring my messages? is this how SENTRA do business all time? Claim: ********* - Date of Loss: 8/22/2

      Do not get your vehicle insurance from Dairyland. They charge you extra after you let your insurance lapse and a premium charge. I have been charged twice from this company. Not worth it!

      Absolutely horrible. What company will issue a reimbursement after almost a year without contacting the customer first. Sent to an account that was closed due to hardship now the money is gone due to the account being closed. Absolutely terrible customer service.

      Sentry Financial Company has been nothing but a headache for me. After ending my previous job, I took the necessary steps to rollover my 401k, only to be met with consistent rejection of my distribution form. Despite submitting all the required paperwork accurately, Sentry continues to place needless obstacles in my path, wasting my precious time. It's hard to trust a company that makes an otherwise straightforward process so convoluted. I understand every firm has its protocols, but the level of inefficiency and lack of support I've experienced with Sentry is beyond acceptable. It feels as though they are more interested in holding onto my money than serving their clients' best interests. Beware of this company and consider looking elsewhere for financial services. Their practices come off as highly dubious, bordering on scam-like behavior.
