    I have had my old retainers for over a decade, so I was looking forward to a new set.I went through 8 combined molds to get 2 different sets of retainers, with none of them fitting properly. I am beyond disappointed and furious. The last set didn't even sit on my teeth properly, and I made sure to follow all of the instructions and videos as best as I could.I wore the better fitting set overnight. In the morning, my teeth were still sore and my old retainer (which again, I've worn for a decade) did not fit properly. I don't know what they did, but they did not deliver. And now I'm being charged $20 for what was advertised as "100% satisfaction guaranteed" (the fee is in the fine print). This process took 4 months, wasted several days of back-and-forth, making multiple molds after wearing my retainer, and now $20. If you have had and have worn a retainer, save yourself and don't use them

    On 1/19/2024, I wrote a 1-Star review regarding Sporting Smiles. I can confirm that they see and read reviews posted on BBB. In fact, one of the managers reach out to me directly regarding my recent experience.Although I am not completely satisfied with the outcome (thus the 3-star rating), we did come to a formidable agreement regarding the recent experience.In turn, I attempted to edit my initial review, but, unfortunately the BBB does not allow reviews to be removed or edited.My recommendation regarding issues with Sporting Smiles is to get management involved before giving up.

    I've been using SportingSmiles since 2016 for my retainers. I am very happy with their product and service. Even my dentist said it was a good-quality retainer.

    I ordered my first night guard a year ago and just now need to replace it. I have always been happy with the promptness of their customer service. Makes me feel like I'm talking to a real person!

    Honestly loved the product and service I received. The team was helpful with making sure my impressions were suitable and the retainer I got was exactly the same quality and durability as I got from my orthodontist at a much more affordable price. I would highly recommend.

    I think this company is great! Way better than prices at the dentist and the same quality. I would say making your teeth molds is kind of annoying, but if you email the company with pictures, they will help you out with what you need to do.

    Nothing but good things in regards to the service they provide. I was so overwhelmed with the cost to keep my teeth looking beautiful after wearing braces and losing my original retainers.
