    Do not use ! This is NOT working , I lost my retainer 3 weeks ago and was trying to use this service to replace them, they gave u these stupid patty things to put in a plastic tray and u bite into that however later the patty thing cracked or somehow the shape is not right u ll have to pay to reorder new ones , with the shipping back and forth it took 2 weeks for me just to find out they received the patty they approved finally , but they cracked ! At this point I can only asked for a refund but they didn’t refund me the full because they charged me$25 for shipping

    Difficult to please! Production rejected mold due to their own material cracking and canned email rejections not relevant to pictures provided and then offered to sell me more putty to continue trying. They should provide an upfront disclosure of the rejection rate of molds BEFORE they take payment!
