    I reorder my retainers and a bit gaurd all the time! Its much faster than an appointment at a clinic, more afforadable, and comfort is the same. I travel a lot for work and have a puppy. Life happens and its not worth an in person visit when its this easy.

    Very pleased with overall experience. Retainers are excellent quality, just like the ones I received from my orthodontist but much cheaper. Customer service was awesome - even though communication was via email, turn around time was always one business day (or it could probably be the same day if I reached out earlier in the day but I never had to). I just placed a reorder because I misplaced my 2nd set of retainers so this company is a lifesaver!
