  I have been getting my retainers from sportingsmiles for the last 3 years. They always fit great and the custom service is awsome. Yes you need to take a good impression of your teeth.

  I've been using sporting smiles for a few years now and I am still happy with the products! My dog had gotten into my retainers twice now, and it makes me feel at ease to know I can reorder with them. I've also used the whitening trays too. I've enjoyed the results. I get quick responses through email and they keep molds for a year. Great results if you follow the instructions they give you. ??

  Retainers fit. No complaints except it took a couple weeks for the impressions to process and for the retainers to be sent. Overall, I was happy. I am now buying replacements.

  I just don't want them to rip off someone else. I was a long time customer, but their customer service has really diminished. 1. It took a very long time to get a hold of customer service. I called at least a dozen times during business hours and no one ever picked up. 2. The emails to customer service were curt and frequently didn't actually address my question. They were often dismissive. I have gone back and forth for months with no resolution. 3. They refused to send my actual order and instead tried to get my to pay for a product that I didn't order. I will say they offered to "fix" the issue if I sent back the order they had first sent me (the one that was incorrect), but I had already been waiting for months and was tired of being dismissed. 4. I have had multiple orders from them over the years, and I can say (of the orders I actually received), the quality has declined in the last few years. I am appalled by their lack of customer service and would not be surprised if they try to remove this review. They would rather try to force me to pay for a product that I didn't order than lose less than $40 over a mistake they made after already delaying my order over and over. Im so disappointed because they used to seem to care about their customers. I hate to be so negative but I don't want them ripping people off.
