However, my recent experience with United Regions Van Lines compels me to break from my usual reticence.I received an unexpected job transfer requiring me to relocate to another state. What complicated matters further was my immediate need to return to Europe for three months. I was caught in a conundrum with my belongings, but United Regions Van Lines came to my rescue. They offered an ingenious solution - to store my belongings at their facility for three months.Initially, I was concerned about the cost, knowing how storage facilities can sometimes be a rip-off. But to my pleasant surprise, they quoted a fee that was surprisingly reasonable compared to other companies I'd researched.Upon my return from Europe, I found my belongings safely stored and in the same pristine condition as they were when I left. The relocation to my new state went seamlessly and I was soon comfortably settled in my new home.United Regions Van Lines turned what could have been a logistical nightmare into a smooth, hassle-free experience. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism and flexibility, making my complex moving situation an absolute breeze. WOW, bad news! Called to get a quote and ask questions concerning my upcoming long distance move.. Talked to someone "Rick", I think. his name was. When I asked if they came into the home to get an accurate inventory list, he said they did it by "virtual tour". When I asked about that, he said it was "done by the camera on a cell phone". I told him I did not have a cell phone.........and his response was, "Well I don't know how we could do it then".............REALLY? Did not offer any solutions, just basically said. WE CAN'T HELP YOU! Not the kind of company I want to work with!United Regions Van Lines LLC

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company! They handled my move with such professionalism and care. What impressed me the most was how patient they were with my large and chaotic family. They even managed to make the kids laugh and smile during a stressful day. Had to haul my stuff from ******, ******* to *********, ******. Chose United Regions Van Lines. Best decision!First chat was plain and simple. They explained everything clearly, and the packing process was a breeze. On moving day, the crew was spot on time, friendly and efficient. They packed the truck securely and swiftly.During the trip, they kept in touch to update me. First time I’ve had a moving company do that. When they reached Vegas, all my stuff was just as it was when it left Tucson. A huge relief!In short, United Regions Van Lines were fantastic. They made a big move feel easy. 2 starsSeveral previous reviews are similar to mine. I can’t caution you enough but please read on. 1. If you receive a bid that is not guaranteed, you will not be happy. 2. If you receive a bid that doesn't have a "maximum guarantee" amount, you will not be happy. 3. If your salesman tells you delivery in 7 days and your driver tells you 2 days and the company berates you, because you signed a contract that allows 17 days, you will not be happy. 4. If your driver tells you, "this is all bullshit", you will not be happy. 5. If your delivery guy wants an additional $300 dollars at delivery for the stairs, even though there was an elevator, you will not be happy. 6. If your original bid was $14,000 and the company eventually charges you $20,000, you will not be happy, 7. If the driver tells you that they will load and deliver on the same truck, avoiding unloading and reloading from a warehouse, you will not be happy. 8. If you pay for a full pack but pack some of your own stuff, don't expect any reduction in price. You will not be happy. 9. If you unwrap many items packed by the company during move in but they still want an additional $300, after having already paid them an ADDITIONAL $7000, you will not be happy. 10. If you think your move is costing one amount but they want an additional 50%, and then, after they’ve picked up your stuff, won’t even give you a delivery date until you pay, you won’t be happy. 11. If your dining room table has a huge gouge in the top and a chair leg was completely broken off, you will not be happy. 12. Moving from ** to **. was a significant task. My house was full of furniture, countless fragile items, and a collection of books that would rival any small library. This moving company was top-notch. They clearly explained the entire process from the first consultation and even offered some handy packing tips since I preferred to handle the packing myself.
