Abysmal service. They use deceptive business practices. They will bait and switch with a quote for a small amount of SQ ft and then jack it way up when the movers arrive. The movers will pack anything not nailed down to try to max out their load. They only accept payment as if you are buying a kidney on the dark web. They hold your goods hostage while you try to figure out how to securely pay them, hint there isn't a way. Don't trust Zelle, then wire money to a "virtual" address and hope you are not getting scammed. Customer service representatives are extremely rude and condescending. If you want to take the stress of a move and ramp it up 10X then this is the company for you. Maybe one day I will actually get my belongings delivered, I'm not hopefull.United Regions Van Lines LLC

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. This has been an unbelievably bad experience for us. All the other reviews are in fact true. From 17 day delivery window, to 30 days. No firm delivery date. No way to track your belongings. As soon as your belongings are packed into the truck and depart your original destination you have zero control over what happens. I would highly recommend using a different moving company or selling your belongings all together and starting over. Part of me feels like this is a scam and I got duped. I guess if my stuff ever arrives I will update this review and remove the last part. If this were the only moving company left on earth, I would still not use them again or recommend them to friends and family. We're on day 20 and counting, pray for us.United Regions Van Lines LLC

Honestly, if I could give united regions van lines a zero star rating I would. We were planning a move across the country and united regions van lines was rated pretty well so we reached out to them. We spoke with Jarad who appeared very helpful during the conversation. We told him what day we wanted to move on and obviously were told ok, because we decided to pay a deposit to book their services. First red flag: Jarad said they couldn’t take credit cards because of fraud, which I’ve never heard before. Of course now I realize they don’t accept credit cards because we could’ve gotten our money back once we realized we’d been scammed. But we didn’t know at the time and we were also told the box estimate would be reviewed a week out and if we had less boxes it could be discussed then, as well as a reminder that we could get our money back if we were dissatisfied at that time. We realized we hadn’t heard from united regions van lines around 5-6 days prior to our move so we gave Jarad a call. He told us someone would reach out to us that day. So a few hours later, we get a call from the customer service person confirming a 3 day pick up window! There is no way we would have agreed to a three day pick up window because we were leaving town prior to that time frame. We told the woman that wasn’t what we were told and she stated they would “check the tape” because she knew Jarad was going to say he didn’t tell us that. We told the woman a 3 day window would not work for us and we’d like a refund and she said we couldn’t get one because it was less than 7 days… so they purposefully didn’t call a week out so they could steal our money. We spoke to Jarad again who of course tried to tell us he didn’t tell us they could pick us up on the day we asked to be picked up on as if we’re stupid and would schedule a move on days we wouldn’t be there to let them in. Thankfully, we found movers 5 days out from our move date. My recommendation is to choose someone else for your move.United Regions Van Lines LLC

I have used United Regions Van Lines and after after a month, I am still waiting for my furniture. I cant get them to give me a delivery date. First it was they have 17 business days to make the delivery, now it is 30 days according to the person with whom I spoke. I think they are deceptive and dishonest. ?It was indeed delivered as you indicated, but I was told by your representative that you had 30 business days and I would be informed later that the delivery would be scheduled at a later date. When I indicated that you would be in breach of the contract, I was rudely dismissed and the call was terminated. About an hour later, I received a call saying the delivery would be made that day.
The delivery was within the window indicated with the delivery men leaving very late.
However, my furniture is severely damaged. A preliminary estimate puts the damage around 30K. I am going to attach a few pictures showing what happened.
The workman did not remove the packing materials but instead threw it all into my garage.
There were two items which I told them were not mine. They left them anyway.
Packing boxes of mine were broken, with missing items.
I have not completed an inventory yet of items, but given that there were the two items not mine, I suspect there are missing items.
I am extremely disappointed with what had happened to my furniture. I spent the next day crying as I looked at it all in disbelief as many items I had had almost my entire life.

Do not hire these people! They were 2 days late for packing, then tried to up the charges before packing, lied about where my household goods were stored, never called to deliver - I had to hound them to get delivery, only to find out they lost some of my furniture. And when I unpacked, found they had purposely mixed items from different rooms, broken antiques, damaged furniture, broken dishes, and they even packed their garbage in my boxes!United Regions Van Lines LLC
