      My elderly parents were moving to a smaller home after 40 years in their family house. Given their age, the emotional and physical stress of the move was a major concern. URVL, with their considerate approach, made it seamless. They were attentive to my parents' stories about certain pieces, handled every item with care, and took the extra time to ensure everything was placed just right in the new home. Their sensitivity to my parents' needs went beyond just moving boxesit was about moving memories.

      Before using URVL, we had a terrible experience with another moving company that left us skeptical about the whole moving industry. However, URVL was a breath of fresh air. From the beginning, their transparency, professionalism, and genuine care stood out. They handled our belongings as if they were their own, and their communication throughout the process was unparalleled.       They have had my things for 8 weeks and still I have nothing... we can work together & we can make a difference. I have been lied to and manipulated for more money and I'm a truck driver of 37 years SKELTON CREW not a chance ! UNDISCLOSED warehouse another lie and not given the authority to do so. Truck driver not answering phone ANOTHER LIE we have hands free headsets which every truck driver has ! & the driver can write off as a business expense with there year end taxes. I think if we can do this together I have given them August 27 2023 as a deadline and if not this Company with my families help we can freeze all assets for every dollar made will go to there very customers they stole from. DO NOT FILL OUT A CLAIM WITH THEM. and we are able to put a lean on all trucks & offices. There claiming facilities in ************** with all different phone numbers which at my end I have filed a police report and also have everything looked into. I have no desire to hurt a company but we reap what we sew and 1 day 1 month 1 year it will happen & they will be caught. And I can promise to everyone I will work hard for you and myself what was taken will be returned its not about money its ABOUT OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

      The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the movers themselves. They were very Professional and hard working. United Regions themselves are Horrible! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They raised my price $800 because they said it was an additional charge to drive straight through. This was the plan from day one and was not quoted in the estimate. The Customer Service Rep yelled at me and was extremely rude. They refused to honor what their Representative told me. Horrible Company!!! Stay away!!!

      I usually don't write reviews, but the outstanding experience I had with URVL compels me to share. We moved from a spacious 3-bedroom house, so there was a lot to handle. Wanting to save my family the hassle, I sought a company that could manage it all. Upon researching, I stumbled upon URVL and, after thorough consideration, chose them. Their service was top-notch from beginning to end, meeting every one of my expectations flawlessly.

      Moving day with **** was nothing short of eventful. Mid-move, we realized we'd lost the keys to our new home! While we were panicking, the URVL crew set up a temporary shaded area with snacks and water for us to relax. They waited patiently until we got the spare keys. Their empathy during our unusual predicament was beyond commendable. Top-tier service!

      Moving across the country can be stressful and expensive, but I was lucky to find a perfect moving company that made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I heard about United Region Van Lines from a friend who had used their service before and was very satisfied. I decided to give them a try and contacted them online. They responded quickly and gave me a quote based on my inventory and destination. The entire process was seamless, and I didn't have to lift a finger. I enjoyed working with them.

      I decided to move my dad in with me after he was discharged from the hospital. He has been sick for a while now and needs someone to look after him. I considered a nursing home, but I wasn't so comfortable with the idea of leaving him in the hands of strangers. He means a lot to me. I had to move a bit of his stuff from his home to mine and totally expected it to be a lot of stress, but URVL came through. They outdid themselves every step of the way from disassembling at his place to setting things up in my home. I would without a doubt recommend to anyone moving.

      We've used URVL twice now and the experience was excellent on both occasions. The first time was moving into our home and the second was moving our daughter's stuff to college. I had expected some grumpy guys to come around, but the movers were down to earth and joyful to work with. Everything was done smoothly and handled with care. And when my daughter moved, they made sure we didn't leave a thing behind. They did a good job and it's absolutely a 5 star from us.

      Long distance most times can come with some complications, there may be complications but it doesn't mean they didn't do an exccellent Job. One of my mirrors broke while transporting but aside that every other thing was iin perfct comdition. The teams effeciancy and effort put my mind at ease and not having to worry logistics problems. I've seen people complain about moving companies, even worse than a broken mirror so yeah i'm glad i worked with them and i hope to work with them again. I recommended to some friends by the way, i'm sure they'll get in touch too.
