  DO NOT USE UNITED REGIONS VAN LINES THEY LIE AND CHEAT YOU OF MONEY READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE. NOTICE THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCES AND THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THEM SALESPERSON MARK **** SAID THE “WAY WE DO THIS” IS TO DOWNLOAD GOOGLE MEET APP. THEN WE WALK THRU MY WHOLE HOUSE INCLUDING THE GARAGE AND YARD AND HE WOULD GIVE ME A QUOTE. I AM 83 YEARS OLD LIVING ALONE ON A FIXED INCOME AND I TOLD HIM “NO SURPRISES” HE ASSURED ME - IT WAS GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR NOT TO CHANGE UNLESS YOU GET A GRAND PIANO OR ELEPHANT. PAY ATTENTION - PART OF THE “BAIT AND SWITCH” THEY RUN. BEFORE THE MOVE” I GAVE THEM $1761.00 DEPOSIT WHICH THEY SAY IS FULLY REFUNDABLE UNTIL 7 DAYS. THE DISPATCHER CALLS TO REVIEW YOUR INVENTORY , SHE HAD “DONE HER DUE DILIGENCE AND CHECKED YOUR ZILLOW LISTING AND THEN ASKS BED HAS A BOX SPRING AND THE LITTLE END TABLE AND TABLE AND CHAIRS-ALL THERE WHEN THE SALESMAN QUOTED - BUT NOW ITS $1800 MORE WHICH IN CA IS SUPPOSED TO BE ILLEGAL AND IF I DONT LIKE IT I CAN GET ANOTHER MOVER - BUT ITS NOW PAST THE REFUND DATE AND WHERE CAN I FIND ANOTHER MOVER - THIRD SCAM THEY ARE GOING TO PICK UP 3 DAYS AFTER CLOSING DATE BUT I HAVE TO BE OUT BEFORE THAT - TELL ME NO WAY AND ITS IN THE CONTRACT 3 DAY WINDOW - BUT THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME A COUPLE. DAYS EARIER HE “TALKED TO DISPATCH AND THEY WOULD MAKE IT A PRIORITY - WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE A LIE - MY SON SAID THEY ARE A SCAM FIND SOMEONE ELSE, THEN THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY COULD PICK MY THINGS UPTHE DAY I WANTED JUST SIGN THE BILL OF LADING. I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT GOING TO AND SHE SAID “ARE YOU CANCELING. I SAIID “NO YOU ALREADY CANCELLED ME AS THEY WERE ADAMANT THE DAY BEFORE THEY COULDNT DO IT - MY SON SAID NO WAY THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THE $10,000 GET SOMEONE ELSE. SO I SCRAMBLED AND DID PLEASE PAY ATTN AND SEE THE OTHER REVEWS THAT HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WORD FOR WORD THEY REFUSED TO REFUND AND AFTER TWO ATTEMPTS TO APPEAL TO JASON ***** CEO —-CRICKETS. THEY JUST DONT CARE FIND SOMEONE ELSE

  United Regions Van Lines failed - The original estimate was under $9k & the move ended up costing over $23k. The packers/loaders gave me less than 24 hours' notice of their arrival, threw my possessions into boxes, & didn't label the boxes. Two days after the pickup, the bill of lading was not at the office, there was no estimate when my items would be picked up & the standard response was "0 to 17 days after the first available delivery date" and that my move wouldn't be scheduled until the first available deliver date meaning that there was no chance that my items would be delivered at my arrival. I received an email that went to spam asking for the additional funds required (60% of estimated fees) & was told that they wouldn't schedule the move until I settled the balance. After my items were picked up, I had paid more than the original estimate. I had to call several times over several days & only received a call from a "manager" after my 2nd day leaving multiple messages. The manager was rude, raised his voice to me, interrupted me & blamed me for having so much stuff. . . I ended up hanging up before I yelled back. A day before the 1st available date, I called the office again & was told the same as above. An hour later, I received a call from the driver, who had picked up my items the day after pick-up and was at the destination. No one at the office knew that my items were picked up or where they were. Upon arrival, the driver had only 1 other person. My items were dumped in the house, on the porch and in the yard. No beds were set up. They said they would arrive at 8-9 and showed up after 10. They left at 12:30 a.m. after I told them to go. I had to hire 2 people the last 2 days to move the boxes. Several things are broken and they dragged the piano across my hard wood floors. I have yet to contact the office & will modify my response if there is remediation. Positive: The movers did hustle, the salesperson was good

  Our state-to-state move felt nearly effortless, all thanks to United Regions Van Lines. Transitioning from the rainy ****** coast to sunny ******* could have been stressful, but every item, including delicate glassware, arrived intact. The professionalism displayed by United Regions was exceptional. I can't recommend them enough!

  I was dreading my move due to several specialty items. I've heard countless stories of such items being mishandled during moves. However, my experience with URVL put all those fears to rest.
