      We bought washer and dryer under Maytag’s on Aug 3. Sept 2 washer quit working in middle of it. Been having trouble getting service to come wasn’t show up
      It’s on warranty. We beg them to trade it or swamp it. It no I have to wait til 2 service call than can.
      Iwe been go to this place for over 20 yrs today we no longer will gonna k due to lack of services

      Customer ********************** is terrible! The washing machine was installed incorrectly and did not spin / drain. I contacted customer ********************** and the sales *** and explained what happened . The sales *** argued with me. **** sales *** and customer ********************** did not say thank you or sorry for wasting my time waiting, not informing me when they would return, and erroneously telling me that they could not fix it until 5 days later.when I told him he never said sorry or thank you, he said it with an disrespectful tone. IF YOU EXPECT A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE THAN BIG BOX, you will be disappointed. Go to Menards- they are always very polite!!

      I would never use grand appliance. They first showed up with the wrong team and then installed the hoses incorrectly ruining my clothes. (Mixing up the hot and cold) Then they forgot to put screws in and had to come back to put the door back together. About a year after installation the washing machine flooded my kitchen below it upon doing that I realize that they never reinforced the hose in the wall so the hose was just hanging there every time I used the unit it pushed the hose out a little bit because they never clamped it down or zip tied it to anything so eventually after a year it came out of the wall and the whole load of water went in my kitchen. They threw me around for six months, and then finally pushed me off to their delivery company which it was not a delivery problem. It was their installers at grand not *************. They are saying its hard to believe its an installation error a year later when I have pictures of everything showing the hose was never clamped. This has been the biggest nightmare. I have used ****** for everything else and it has been amazing and they double support the drain hose. I would never ever buy anything from grand again. Now Im dealing with mold at my laundry room floor had to be ripped up and Im living with a huge hole in my laundry room because they refused to fix it. My kitchen ceiling has mold growing on it because Im in the middle of an insurance claim, which is a whole different issue, but all because grand wont come and fix their mistakes.

      Unfortunately, they don't care about customer **********************. I bought the replacement filter the sales rep told me to. When I went to replace, it was not the correct one. They would not exchange because it was over 60 days old. While I admit it was well over 60 daysold, I still had the packaging and they could verify I purchased it. Product was still usable no reason they couldn't exchange for customer ********************** reasons.

      Friendly when you are buying, Terrible when you are trying to get warranty service. At this time, it has been 6 weeks since I requested service. It took a week and a half to get to get a service technician. At that time we were told they would have to order parts. In the last month each time I ask for an update, I get "parts have been ordered". Warranty company (Centricity) is of no help they say the holdup is Grand Appliance. The only other way of trying to get an update is through the sales dept that sold me the warranty. They send emails, same answer, "waiting on parts.)". I guess no one is allowed to talk to anyone in their service dept., including me. Still waiting!!!

      We had 3 appliances break down. We though we would check out Grand. Their sales rep was both knowledgeable & professional. Their prices were competitive with the big chains for the same brand. The installers were the best and we had installation issues. The installers are employees of Grand Appliance and not subcontracted out. We had a Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer all installed, and with old ones removed. All the parts needed to install these appliances were part of our total cost. No hidden or extra charges. It should also be noted the first dishwasher they brought was defective (not caused by Grand or its installers). Grand gave us a discount for that inconvenience even though it wasn't their fault. Anytime we need appliances they will be our first stop - even if it cost a bit more the service is that good. I understand most people only review when thing are bad, but my wife and I feel it is important to provide this review. This was the Grand in ********** ** on ****************.

      We purchased suite of Kitchenaid appliances including a $10,000 Kitchenaid built in refrigerator/freezer 3 years ago from Grand Appliance. At the time of purchase we were assured that they would arrange service should future repairs be needed. Now that we are in need of a warranty covered repair we are informed that although we are in their delivery area, we are located just outside of their service area. We bought from them once and will never make that mistake again.

      Grand Appliance has taken an experience that should have been positive and exciting - after spending over $8 thousand dollars with them and turned it into regret and frustration. They play a good game on the sales end, but if you experience issues with their product, don't expect much. They do not answer emails or voice mails. I would rather spend a few hundred dollars more with another company than deal with a company that has no respect for their customers. If I do not get a response soon, I plan to submit a BBB complaint, so maybe then they will take the responsibility and follow up with me as they should have weeks ago.
