Today I spoke to Joette who was very helpful with the questions I had. I'm very thankful that I got to speak with her! As for my questions... I saw an additional amount on my bill, $150 for unpaid fees she explained it's a fee that the loan company has added to all accounts!!! Josette told me I didn't have to pay it off in 1 lump sum so she helped me add an amount I could afford each month to pay the excess charges off. Once that's payed off the extra amount will be taken off the principal.Time Investment Company, Inc.

This is the WORST dog **** company I have ever seen in my life. We got stuck with these ******* loan sharks through another ****** bag company called ***** Water. We have been paying on a useless water softener package gmfor 3 years and we have paid 2,371.82 un interest on a 9,000 loan and only 1362.08 in interest resulting in a payoff balance of 7,976.32. We were lied to by ***** and Time Investment and told we were going to have a low interest loan. When I contacted them with an extra payment I wanted add to principal they said they could not do that, avoid ***** Water like the plague or you will be paying these shysters for ever.Time Investment Company, Inc.

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your loan. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out. Time Investment Company is not present at the time of the sale, however the financing terms, including interest rate and promotion were disclosed and agreed to during the origination process with the dealer. In addition, your loan included a 3-month deferred payment option. This allowed you to delay making your first payment for 90 days after the loan was funded. While no payment was required during that time interest still accrued during the deferral period. Interest accrues daily based on the outstanding principal balance and the number of days between payments per the terms of your loan agreement. Any payment, whether regular or extra is applied to the accrued interest first, up to the scheduled payment amount, unpaid fees, unpaid late charges, and then to principal balance. Worst loan you can ever get. STAY AWAY by all means. I took out a loan with them and wasnt explained the fine print of the loan. My starting balance was $6348 on May 2023. I paid every month on the payment structure they set assuming I would eventually get this loan paid off. It is now April of 2025 and my remaining balance is $6254 dollars. So two years of making payments and all I have paid towards the loan was $94 dollars. YES, thats correct $94 dollars. After further research, they charged me $2.07 a day in interest. So basically the plan they design, you will never pay off the loan unless you double your payment and even then you will essentially pay times what you borrowed. This is a crooked company and I will do everything to make sure no one takes a loan out with them. SCAM artist.Time Investment Company, Inc.

Please understand that Time Investment Company (TIC) is an indirect lender that provides financing options to Home Improvement dealers so that homeowners like yourself can receive home improvement products at an affordable monthly payment level. The dealer chooses the loan terms based on their conversation with you. This usually includes a low and affordable monthly minimum payment which is why We always encourage you to pay more when you can. In addition when payments are made late you incur late fees and more of your payment will go towards accrued interest resulting in the principal balance going down slower. We would like the opportunity to review the specifics of your account with you and discuss ways that we can help to address and resolve your concerns. Well if you like just giving your hard earned money away and paying for it 4 times over so be it. There action plan is job security how can we make people pay us for 15 plus years and make them think its a good thing to do so a shameful family company. If only the minimum monthly payment is made, the time it takes to pay off the loan will be longer but affordable for those who need a lower monthly payment. *** encourages consumers to pay more than their minimum monthly payment to shorten the time and interest paid during the life of the loan. I'd give it a zero star rating if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. I signed up for what should have been a 3yr load, only to note that although I have this account on auto-pay the amount owed never decreases. The *** who came by to sell the filter was very nice, but the finance company is very misleading. The interest rate is ridiculous. It'll take 20years to pay this off at this rate.Time Investment Company, Inc.

Time Investment Company is an indirect lender who takes assignment of contracts from dealers. The terms of the financing are determined and agreed upon by you the consumer and the seller (dealer) at the time of sale. The dealer then has the option of assigning the contract to a sales finance company such as Time Investment Company. The contract you signed was a revolving agreement with simple interest. The minimum payments are low so that homeowners can choose to pay an affordable monthly payment for home improvement products. We encourage consumers to pay more than the minimum payment amount if they can to reduce the amount of time it takes to pay off their contract. This is why we include information on your monthly statement comparing how long it will take to pay off your contract at the minimum monthly payment compared to paying a larger amount. Please refer to the revolving loan agreement you signed for more information. Weve sent you a copy of your loan documents, per your request. Signed up for a loan for water filtration system financed through this company. When something is financed with a loan, the interest is already added in, and I should have had it paid off within 3-5 years. Come to find out, this company was very misleading, practically fraudulent by adding daily interest making a 3 year loan turn into a 13 year loan! That is not what I signed up for! They act like a credit card, not financing! DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!Time Investment Company, Inc.

There are no prepayment penalties, and we highly encourage you to pay more than the minimum monthly payment, to shorten your loan term and reduce the interest you pay on the total loan. Ive read all the reviews, and although possibly damaging, I feel the complaints are of a nature from people whom are inexperienced with the way lending works, as well as second and third party roles and responsibilities. I cannot put 0 stars, otherwise I would!! This company is the worst finance company I have ever attempted to work with. I began with the attempt to set up a monthly payment, which their systems would not allow. Then when that didn't work I called in to pay the amount off and they would only take a portion of it and directed me to pay the rest with alternate payment method. Absolutely ridicules. Tried to work with "Nathan ***** and his supervisor Pam ******** who were absolutely worthless in helping me get this taken care of. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company. I am now going to go to the company that uses this service to let them know how bad this is so they don't put other people into this situation again!!Time Investment Company, Inc.

We are sorry to hear that we failed to provide you with the level of satisfaction that we strive for. Please understand that credit card issues (**********, ***** etc) have strict rules around paying debt with their credit cards. Most loan companies do not allow you to use a a credit card to make your monthly payment or to payoff your balance, rather you would need to use a balance transfer check issued by your credit card company. Likewise, credit card companies do not allow you to make your credit card payment with another credit card but will accept a balance transfer check. Time Investment Company has been able to negotiate terms and allow credit card payments towards loan balances within certain limits. You were unable to setup monthly payments because you tried to use a credit card to do so. We accept several forms of payment including ACH, debit card, Apple Pay, ******, Venmo, Cash app, etc, however you cannot use a credit card to make your monthly payment. You can use a debit card or any other method previously mentioned. As a service to our customers, our agents are permitted to take one time credit card payments up to a limit which ****** offered to do for you. We are sorry that you do not agree with these policies. After a review of the call recordings we have determined that ****** and *** provided you with accurate information in a professional manner and that your primary dissatisfaction was caused because they could not accept a credit card to pay off your loan balance. We would encourage you to reach out to your credit card company and request a balance transfer if you would like to use your credit card to pay off your loan balance. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, however we cannot increase the limits we have in place.Oman M

**** saved the day!! I have commented previously that the employees that I worked with previously were completely worthless. On this I want to talk about the ***** difference with ****, the customer service agent I had the privilege of working with. She went above and beyond to find a solution to the problem and we were able to resolve it completely. I personally will never do business with this company again (which is why I am not giving it more stars) but I will say that they do have a star with **** ******!
