I am writing this review to share the unacceptable and discriminatory experience I had at this water park. What was supposed to be a fun-filled day with my children quickly turned into a distressing and humiliating ordeal. My children and I arrived at the park around 10:30 AM. The park was already getting busy, and my children were excited to start playing. I found a shaded table with four chairs, where I planned to sit with my newborn while my older children played. There were no towels, bags, or any personal items to indicate that the table was occupied. As I was feeding my newborn, a man and his wife approached me, claiming the table was theirs. I immediately apologized, explaining that I was unaware the table was taken. I politely offered to use just one chair so my children would know where to find me, as the area was crowded and seating was limited. Unfortunately, the couple became increasingly aggressive and loudly demanded that I leave immediately.
Feeling unsafe and hoping for a peaceful resolution, I asked the man to contact park security. I believed security would mediate fairly, but to my shock, the security staff approached me with hostility. Without asking for my side of the story, they immediately ordered me to move. I was still feeding my newborn when the security guard pointed to another table (where a family with my same skin tone was sitting) and told me to “go sit with them.” I was appalled by this targeted, discriminatory behavior. When I asked for the security guard’s name to file a formal complaint, he refused to provide his last name and falsely accused me of recording him. He then threatened to trespass me if I did not leave the park immediately. Desperate for help, I contacted the park’s corporate office, hoping for a reasonable solution, but they dismissed me and told me to leave as well. I left the park with my children feeling humiliated, unsafe, and completely unheard simply because a family did not want to share space with “my kind.”

I'll start this review with + DO NOT STAY AT Mt. OLYMPUS! Lots of RACISTS and BIGOTS! My daughter is 16, just because she doesn't have long blond hair and doesn't dress like everyone else she was called a ****** 2 times, 2 seperate insodents. She ended up staying in the room crying and not wanting to leave the room. It was scary in building 10. I ended up keeping a box cutter with me the whole time. It was a horrible weekend having to deal with the nastiness of the hotel, red neck bigots, loud music and cars until 4 in the morning, drunk loud obnoxious ****** that don't care about anyone else. Mt. Olympus obviously doesn't care about any of this, they just want to take money. No security or anything of the sort. 1st day in the first 15 min of being in this room I made this review ?? Gross, dirty rooms ???? never coming back. End of the weekend ?? stayed in building 10. The whole building is nasty, they don't secure the outside doors, anyone could walk in. Not worth the money, don't fall for the deal they have (50% off your stay) you won't stay in the hotel you will stay in one of the buildings and have to walk really far for the water park. The water park was old and nasty also, the slides were so old they pinched you at every seam of the slides... BASICALLY stay somewhere safe not Mt Olympus! This business is all about ripping people off. Visited on

Stayed at Mt. Olympus in Building 29b a couple weeks ago. Worst hotel stay of our lives. Woken 3 separate times throughout the night by noise and violence. Had to call security to get us out to our car at 3 am! (There is also no front desk at the hotels, you're basically going it alone.) Really thankful we didn't have children with us. I should also mention that the rooms are old and falling apart, walls are paper thin, no upgrades. Don't book it.

Horrible living experience here we enjoyed the water park but our room we had problems with the entire stay. I paid for 3 nights Labor Day weekend the first 2 nights we didnt have hot water to shower we contacted the front desk who sent maintenance to fix the problem each time they came the problem was never fixed. After complaining the second night they offered us a 50 dollar voucher instead of moving rooms as we requested the morning of the third day they moved us to the main hotel. I feel we should be accommodated more than a 50$ voucher which I refused because I wasnt able to shower comfortably after swimming during my stay here

Doesn’t deserve a star…Filthy outdated rooms. I would not recommend this Hotel “chain” to anyone. Carpets and flooring are dirty and stained, mold and cobwebs with a stuffy smell.

I wouldnt give this company any stars. My husband and I took our kids to go swim in the indoor pool area because it was really cold. The pool area was a quarter open. Which was absolutely not worth $45 tickets. When I typed into ****** day passes for mt. Olympus it took me straight to the day passes, so I clicked how many I needed and checked out. When I got there I went straight to try to get a refund. After talking to 5 different people and waiting hours to talk to the right person, I was told absolutely not it says on the website that the indoor pool isnt open. I then told him that it should make people aware on the check out page. I shouldnt have to search through their website when I just wanted day passes. What a waste of money and time. I will absolutely never go there again.

Come in to check in. Explained to the employee that my party was 4 and now it was 2 and need to ensure that was the case. It was also brought to my attention that the price for 2-4 people had been reduced. When I looked online I in fact saw that the cabin w/bathroom for 2-4 people on the same reservation days was priced about $100 less than what it was when I booked. Naturally I asked the employee if I was entitled to that price difference and she said no. She spoke to the manager twice before she could granted the price difference via credit. I feel I should not have to go through all that trouble. Its almost like you are rewarding your last minute guest vs the ones who take time to look for good dates. The cabins are basic. I wish the interior was stained or painted. It gives we did the bare minimum making these. My biggest issue is the view. If your cabin is facing the inner most part you are greeted with giant mounds of dirt and concrete. Like why not tear that area down and make a little park for all of your camp guest. It would definitely make it nicer! I appreciate the new kiddie area that was built this year! It is very nice. I do however wish there was more slides in the Delphi pool. Two slides one on each side is not enough and my 2 year old did not feel comfortable going down the new slides in the kiddie area. I do wish the indoor water park and theme park were open. When weather takes a turn you end up loosing a day at the park since the only pool open inside is next to the Medusa slide and kinda has to be open. When you book the room is one price and the fees add up at the end. I dont recall paying for parking before but I saw the charge this time around. I wish they eliminated all the charges and just upped the prices on the room. I do wish some the food options had more variety. Over all I do enjoy my time at MT. Olympus when I come. I like and appreciate the new attractions and hope to see some improvements on our next visit.

"I recently stayed at Mount Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon checking in at 6:30 PM, I was shocked to find out that the waterpark closed at 7 PM. This meant that I was unable to utilize the main attraction of the resort during my stay. Considering the fact that I had to leave early in the morning, I was counting on being able to enjoy the waterpark facilities in the evening. However, this was not possible due to the early closure. I approached the staff and requested a refund so that I could go stay elsewhere and actually have the opportunity to experience the waterpark. Unfortunately, my request was denied. It is extremely frustrating and unfair to pay for a resort that promises a waterpark experience, only to be denied access and have no alternative options provided. I would strongly advise against staying at Mount Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells if you are looking for a complete and enjoyable waterpark experience. The lack of transparency regarding the waterpark closure and the refusal to provide a refund for this inconvenience is highly disappointing. Choose another resort that values their guests' satisfaction and ensures that the amenities they advertise are actually available."
