1 starThe rooms are horrible, the carpet is all stained up, the room has a nasty smell to it, the shower doesn't stay up, the staff are very rude and there is like no plug-ins and the lighting ***** because it's all little lamps.Review fromDesilynn G S

1 starDO NOT BOOK ANY KIND OF RESERVATION BEFORE YOU READ THIS REVIEW!!! I'll start off by saying that if you do book a reservation and you want your money back after reading the reviews, you're screwed. They have a non-negotiable zero policy on refunds. They'll let you use the money towards something else, but you're never getting your money back. To top it all off this is supposed to be for adopted nephew's birthday, and now we're just out $250. We're not going. We're never going. I sincerely hope, that this entire establishment and every hotel they've consumed is shut down. The first and what should have been the only red flag, is they advertise super cheap hotel prices if you book online, however, on the next screen they tack on over $200 in water park admission fees, when the previous page blatantly states that there is no water park admission fee when you reserve a hotel. This is false advertising. If you read the other reviews you'll learn that all of the hotels are out of date, the staff is unqualified and don't speak English and are most likely being underpaid. Half of the park is shut down pretty much all of the time, and even though the park is now reserved to people who make reservations, you still get packed in like sardines. Do your due diligence and do thorough research before considering this place. It's a Taurus before considering this place. It's a tourist trap. Quite possibly one of the worst in the entire country.Review fromRandy P

1 starOur experience at Mount Olympus was less than satisfactory. Despite booking a stay there after seeing an advertisement promising newly renovated rooms, the reality was quite different. The room we were assigned was certainly not newly renovated. Upon entering, we were hit with an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of urine. The floors were damp and appeared unclean. We had to ventilate the room by opening the window due to the smell. Concerned for our son's hygiene, we advised him against walking barefoot on the floor. In an attempt to deal with the situation, my wife approached the front desk to request a different room. However, the alternative room provided was situated even further from the water park. Disappointed with the conditions and service, we opted to switch to another hotel. Shockingly, we were not refunded for our unsatisfactory stay, instead, being charged for the subpar room.Review fromTina G

1 starI never been this disappointed visiting Mt Olympus but this time will be the last time coming here. 1st when we came in to our room our wristband did not work, we called and they said 10 mins somebody was coming we waited 35 mins later infront of our room called so many times to keep following up. Staff came open the door with her keyfob, maintenance came and gave us keycard but still did not work so another maintenance guy came said it was the batteri needs to be replaced. 2nd the hair blower keeps falling out and not working, they dont have extra to replace so I bought my own instead dont want to transfer room just because of it. 3rd at 8.45pm when to bathroom while on the shower I suddenly smell something is overheating and noticed the bathroom light has a bit smoke, so I asked my mom to come because I thought maybe the steam of my shower but my mom said no there's a smoke and electric smells inside the bathroom. For the 3rd time I called them for something. This is my 5th time going here at Mt. Olympus and never had this troubles before.Review fromDeb H

Check in: 2/23 (I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights each)Check out: Scheduled for 2/26 VERY disappointed in the condition of Room # ***** in Building 31A. First off there was a terrible smell coming up from the floor drain in the bathroom. The smell was so bad it actually burned my eyes. We dumped a bucket of water down the drain (to fill trap) so the smell would not come back up the drain. This seemed to do the trick. Then, even though the building was supposed to be smoke free, our room reeked of cigarette smoke! We made a trip to Wal-Mart and bought a can of Febreze air freshener and used that to cut the smell of the cigarette smoke. The mattress was terrible. You could actually feel the springs rubbing together as you laid on the bed. Was not able to get much rest at all due to the condition of the mattress. Then the people in the room above us must have had a lot of kids who didn't stop running and jumping until midnight. This is not the hotels fault - just bad parenting. However, there was no one at the front desk (there wasn't even a front desk), to voice any concerns to. We were so displeased with our stay that our children and grandchildren, whom stayed in Room # *****, vacated their room at 8:00 AM on Sunday 2/25. We vacated our room shortly after at 8:30 AM on Sunday 2/25. Our departure was a day earlier than scheduled. I called Check-in and told them we were leaving a day early and why. They said there wasn't anything they could do about giving us a discount because of our "room" complaints which resulted in an unpleasant and unhealthy stay. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Waterpark experience was OK. Food and beverages very costly. It was nice to see the smiles on our children and grandchildren's faces. They had a blast!Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst experience ever.First I really dislike that there is no staff or concierge desk at the main resort location, what if there was an emergency how would you get in contact with someone?? Also the main doors are open to anyone to just walk in with no security (that is not ok)Second the halls and hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed 24/7 which is gross.Third the New Years Eve party was a joke. There was not enough security or staff. The staff they did have were very rude and talked down at you, or were to busy flirting with guests to help with anything. Would not help when fights broke out, cops had to be called.I am very disappointed in this hotel, I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING AT THE HOTEL.Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was there Sunday November 25 2023. You cant get a towel unless you are a hotel guest. If those are your rules post it on your website saying bring your own towel if you have a day pass. I had a 3 month old baby and they refused to give me a towel, ridiculous! We went to the indoor theme park, and ALL of the ride attendants were on their phones, they werent checking to see if kids were safety secured on the rides. The rides included the swings and the bumper cars, we talked to a supervisor and he acted like nothing was wrong with it. Shows safety isnt their priority.Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort

I'm not happy at all. The bathroom sink has been stopped up since 11/23. There were no face towels in the bathroom also, and was never delivered. We called these issues 3 minutes after we checked in. Mt Olympus stated that there were sending maintenance to our room #*****. THEY NEVER CAME. We were gone most of both days but when the park closed 9pm, the place is completely empty from staff. Tried to use the plunger in the sink, which wasn't a clean plunger, and must have had ***** in the bottom of it, which caused the entire room to smell like manure.Had to call the registration. Was about to drive there to complain since the travel distance was only about 4 min drive. Will be filling a complaint with the BBB or would like some type of satisfaction for the stressful situation they have put me, my wife and two kids 12 & 7 years old.Mt. On Saturday 7th October 2023, my family had a distressing experience in the hotel room. The room was unclean, with peeling porcelain from the tub and a dirty sink. We requested to change rooms, and the hotel accommodated us. Upon arrival in the second room, the beds were unclean, with stains and food embedded in the sheets. Additionally, there was a dead roach lying on the floor in the center of the room. It was late at night and my son was exhausted, and I was deeply disappointed. Consequently, we requested to be moved to a different room, and the new room was satisfactory. The night before our departure, my family observed two small roaches on the wall. By this point, we were at a loss. This was a distressing experience. We were discussing the possibility of hosting a family reunion in Mount Olympus in the summer of 2024. I am determined not to subject my family to the same ordeal as I experienced this past weekend.Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort
