If I could give 1 star I would. My disabled husband and I bought our tickets keys for us and the kids. Nowhere on the website does it say on Dec 07th 2022, the pool with the chair lift would be closed. Or the adult hot tub. The gross amount of adults drinking booze in the kids warming pool, acting a fool was outrageous. My children were uncomfortable for most of the time in there. After 2 of the 5 of us cut our foot on the top stair by the tube slide, we were done. No one was able to help. They just directed us towards the table with the first aid kits that some employees stood around and talked at. Had to walk back down all the stairs to be attended to. Dripping blood everywhere. My husband sat on his scooter, unable to enjoy anything. And nome of us got even an email to say what part would be shut down foe the day. If we'd of known it wasn't open, we wouldn't of gone. A complete waste of our water park tickets.
I wouldn't recommend coming here, unless u like an increase of prices, and a decrease in caring. We weren't even stopped for our wristbands. We watched many family's walk in for free. 10/10 do not recommend. With their new processing and resort fees, it's 100% better to stop at the kalahari

My boyfriend and I drove over 3 hours for a fun weekend here. I am filing this complaint at 1 am because the people across the hall from us are screaming and yelling and slamming their door constantly. We came here to relax not lose sleep on vacation. You can hear every single word they are yelling and we cannot sleep. I would not recommend staying at Mount Olympus, and I’ve never stayed somewhere on vacation and had this problem. It’s so frustrating!!

Let’s start with checking into the hotel. Not a bad experience. The gentleman was very easy to get along with. We got our room and drove to it. A little sketchy pulling up to the building. We went into the building and waited forever for the elevator to arrive on the first floor. Found our room. It looked way different than any of the pictures posted. It was so hot in our room and the air conditioner couldn’t even keep up fast enough to cool the room down. The paint on the walls was dull and dirty looking. A few places had holes in the wall that they couldn’t take the time to fix. No guide for the TV and the remote only worked half the time. Bathroom did not appear to be clean at all. Dirty tub and the floor looked like it had not been swept. The beds were awful. I have been nursing home beds better than the ones that are here. And don’t get me started on the god awful pillows that they threw on the bed. My back and neck hurt so bad from sleeping on them. The smell of *** ***** in the hallway was so overwhelming that it was coming into our room and smelled awful. What should have been a relaxing couple of days turned into crap real fast when someone pulled the fire alarm at 6:50 in the morning. Water and ride park was somewhat okay. The water was so cloudy, salty and full of bugs. Half the float tubes for the lazy river were flat. The rides were a little sketchy and very rough. There was broken boards hanging on some of the rides so those rides were not road by my family. Definitely a place that I will not stay at again. I will save my money and not waste it. I emailed them about my experience and got a ***** *** reply back.

I had booked a two night stay at Mount Olympus and paid nearly $800 which was a COMPLETE WASTE. The indoor theme park, CLOSED, outdoor theme park had all of the kids rides out of order, indoor water park CLOSED. Our room had bugs and a horrible smell to it when we got there our first night, our second day there we ran into issues with our door lock and ended up locked out of our room at 11 pm after a long and stressful day. After multiple times getting no answer from their customer service number I finally decided to drive out to the front desk where they told me that the red and green light flashing means it is a maintenance problem with the door lock, they told me they’d send someone to my room which they said would only take about 10-15 minutes. After an hour of waiting and no one showing up i tried dialing the 800 number which seems to hardly work, after multiple attempts I finally reached a representative which told me that there was no request put in for someone to help open my room door. A little after the phone call someone showed up for a few seconds and said that they had to leave and get the tools they needed to get the door open. I had my kids and family sleeping in my car for over 3 hours waiting for someone to finally get our door open. Both the manager that was on shift that night and the GM that i was told to call the next morning seemed to not care at all about the situation, at first I was offered a $50 credit to use in their theme parks that were mainly all closed. The next morning the GM said all she could do is give me the $50 as a refund and add an extra $50 to make it an $100 refund.. which $100 probably didnt even cover what i spend for gas to drive up there. I wasted 4 hours driving there and another 4 driving back, absolute waste of time and money!! And SUPER frustrating for the kiddos. Moms and Dads!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip turned out to be such a stressful weekend for the family

My first review I had to type was too long – so let me sum it up here. DO NOT STAY HERE!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY because they don’t give 2 licks about their consumers. Our room was not as described. Amenities that were advertised were closed and they don’t tell you a think about it. The refrigerator leaked. The air conditioner didn’t work and the filter of it was plugged with dust and debris. The staff could not care less. It took them hours to give us any sort of ‘assistance’, if that’s what you can even call it. We left, never staying a night, contacted our credit card company, and got 100% of our money back. We spent $1,300 for 3 nights for a **** room. Not worth it whatsoever!!!! You can clearly see there are more and more negative reviews for them. They get so apologetic when the review is out for the world to see, but when you are on the phone with them and tell them the conditions are so bad you are just going to walk out, they just say ‘oh well, I know you are’. And yes – that is the response we got – not even an apology, or ‘what can we do to make your stay more enjoyable’. Nope – just move on so we can fill your room with another sucker and take all their money. All they are doing is creating a monopoly in the Dells. They buy up old motels that couldn’t compete, slap paint on it, and it’s now part of Mt Olympus. QUANTITY OVER QUALITY so they can get more money. It’s all they care about.

Hello ****, We do apologize for the issues that are mentioned. I do see that you have spoken to one of our supervisors and they did try and assist you. It looks like we dropped the remaining nights and refunded you per your request as we couldn't seem to make you happy during your stay. If you have any questions reach out to us and we would be happy to assist. Sincerely, Mt. Olympus Resort.

I find it funny that you can see we spoke to someone, but you can't even address me by name? The only reason 'you dropped' the remaining nights is because we filed a complaint with the credit card company and even they could see your rooms were not as described. You make it seem like we were impossible to please, but I highly doubt you'd even stay in your own rooms for that cost! The supervisor was not as helpful as you are trying to make it sound either - in fact, they were quite rude with us, as I commented in my review above. Only now that our experience is out for everyone to see do you try to not make yourselves the bad guys. For how many negative reviews and complaints there are, I think it's quite easy to see we are not the difficult ones.

Hello, We so apologize for the issues mentioned and can look into them for you. Currently Memorial Day through Labor Day our indoor amenities are closed with the exception of our newer indoor expansion. This is stated on the website. So unfortunately our indoor waterpark is closed with the exception again of the newer addition. This also includes our indoor theme park. We also know that sometimes children pull the fire alarm as this is out of our control and we do apologize for this. We do have offsite buildings as well as our onsite building which is Hotel Rome. Offsite is usually less expensive. We would be happy to help explain or assist you further if needed. Please contact us and ask to speak with a manager or supervisor. Sincerely, Mt. Olympus Resort

Worst place ever we arrived to an old very dirty motel after spending$1000 for 2 nights grossly stained sheets and very dirty rooms indoor park was also closed and we werent told this. After waiting inline 2 miles away at the supposed main office full of foreign kids no adults. Over another 40 min wait I was told there are no refunds at all and basically screwed. So we paid for a park that should be condemned and didnt stay or get my money back by these thieves what a joke there should be a lawsuit filed against them for fraud which I might look into doing . I took my wife and kids and drove an hour away and paid to stay elsewhere so we can try to salvage whats left of our vacation worst place ever I have a lot more to say but everything we ther people say about this dump is all true lol t should be closed

Hello ***, We apologize you had some issues during your stay. I see you paid $883.12. I also see you paid an upgrade fee which we would be happy to refund back to your card on file for the issues. I am not seeing you left early? But would be happy to get the locks read on the door. If this is the case and you did depart early we can defiantly refund the difference. If you have any questions please give us a call and ask to speak to a manager. We hope you have a great day.

Our stay was horrifying and we got no sleep or resolutions. We showed up to our reservation and the beds were unmade, trash and dirt everywhere, in the beds were BUGS other peoples HAIR AND TOENAILS/FINGERNAILS, we were sent to a new room with a bunk bed and we found MORE BUGS, I was then given a $75 park bracelet refund and our stay for our second night refunded sent to a new room at the main location, yet again, if you can’t guess, MORE BUGS! I still haven’t received a refund for our charge full nights charge of $315 from this company Even after speaking with Sheila the “Manager” and asked to speak to other Managers I’ve been sent to voicemail after voicemail with no calls back. Very upset and I do not recommend staying here unless you want to take home bed bugs ETC!

I reserved 2 rooms at Mt Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The rooms were advertised online for 50% off/$79.99 per room per night. I paid $199/room for one night. To make matters worse, the mattress pad was filthy and stained. I contacted housekeeping and the bedding was changed. But the rooms still smelled musty. When checking out, I asked for the manager and I mentioned the large price difference and the filthy beds. She said there was nothing she could do now. A very disappointing experience.

Hello, We do apologize for any issues. Looks like you booked through booking.com. Any prices issues would be directed to them. We do still have tax and resort fee on top of the daily rate which would however make it the price you paid. On our end it looks correct. As for the housekeeping issues I do not see any notations in the reservations. We would have been happy to send housekeeping to help or we could have moved your room. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us and we would be happy to help. Sincerely, Mt. Olympus Resort
