I am new this year using MyTaxPrep Office. There are some learning curves as my last software I used for almost 20 years... I have found that Customer Service is always eager to help and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with this software and will continue to use it for the remainder of my days as a Tax Preparer!MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been contemplating a new tax software system but was afraid of the learning curve. I took the plunge this tax season and I have been very impressed with MyTaxPrep Office so far. Very much! I find the program very user friendly and all the staff I have talked with have been extremely friendly and helpful. I hesitated at changing but I am so glad I took the leap with them. After 20 years of preparing taxes with other tax software, I was hesitant to use your application. However, after reviewing your sales pitch and the examples I was excited to try the process with you. I am happy I took a leap and tried it because it has been the best decision I made. I have saved so much time and money and I would recommend this to other tax preparers. Your support teams is superb, quick and very efficient. Everyone is very professional and friendly! Thank you for all you do. Después de trabajar en la preparación de impuestos por más de 20 años me sentía temerosa de tratar un sistema nuevo. Pero cuando tome la oportunidad de ver la presentación del equipo de trabajo de MytaxPreOffice decidí tratar este sistema. Realmente me siento muy feliz de haberlo hecho. He ahorrado tanto dinero y tiempo! Y lo más importante siento que tengo un equipo de trabajo que esta siempre disponible a resolver mis problemas y contestar mis preguntas, y ese equipo son todos los que hacen parte de MyTaxPreOffice.
