The software is above average but not perfect. No problem here since no software is perfect. The tax world is changing constantly anyway. When I do run into a problem the customer service is absolutely the best. I'm staying with MyTAXPrepOffice.

This is my second year using this software, and I'm a believer. It is user friendly, and the few times I have needed support, they were very responsive and resolved my issues quickly. The pricing is also fair and a great value.MyTAXPrepOffice

I had the pleasure of working with Cassandra from MyTaxPrepOffice during my initial training, and I couldn't be more impressed with her support. I have been using MyTaxPrepOffice since 2015 and each year it seems to get better and better. I use to use Pro Series to where the price always went up and up to where my prices was out of control and had to find another provider. I am glad I choose MyTaxPrepOffice. Very easy to use software. The price is very reasonable compared to the others i have used. This software and the cost of the software works for any size business. I have a very small tax business so I cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for software.MyTAXPrepOffice
