      I ordered this product in March. It was a BOGO - buy 3, get 3. I did not opt for a subscription. I received my product & began taking it. On April 11, I suddenly got a notification from my bank about a charge from this company! Then I got an email with an order confirmation from Rosabella for the same 90 day supply and it had barely been a month. I received no notice, no option to skip or change or edit or cancel my subscription. It had a link to click to do so and all it did was take me to their store. There was NO place to log in, view my subscription - nothing. Immediately began emailing. I went to their ******** page and left a comment. I tried calling the number on their website which is no longer there, and it was simply a recording to email them. Finally after leaving a review on Trust Pilot I was answered by someone named *****. He assured my subscription was cancelled, even though I kept insisting I had no subscription, no log in information, no account information and was getting emails every day suggesting I subscribe. He said the order had already shipped - well gee; it only took me 4 days to get hold of someone. He promised he had cancelled my subscription and as soon as the product came to email him and he would send me a return label to print. Ive been emailing ever since it arrived nd get no response. Ive disputed the charge with my bank but since the product has shown up theres nothing they can do until I find a way to return it. Ive never in my life had a subscription to something with absolutely NO way to access my account, view shipments or receive no notice of shipments. This is underhanded and sly. **** has more ethical customer service than this. I just want to return the product and get my money back. If needed I can forward emails showing all the times Ive tried to contact them and the promise ***** made to help me.

      Time and time again this company had continuous charged my card on a monthly basis. I complained and they even emailed showing I discontinued automatic charge. But they continuously every month. They never resolved their IT person regarding stopping this automatic charge.

      I order this product on line to try it out!First issue is that I order 2 bottles get 2 free then they had some scam if you pay this you get this so I click on it to see what is the extra product you get. I had already put my card info in. Ready check out and It automatically add it to your cart and checks you out. I end up buying products that I didnt get to see what it was. Then I tried to cancel product they never return my message. Till it was already sent a week later. No phone number to talk to anyone. After many threaten emails I fine heard back but the stuff had already been shipped. I got my products and that extra stuff called serum wasnt even in there they did give me my money back. But I told them that I was all set with their product and didnt want any more. Because of how they scam people. I tried their product for a few days and I was sick for a week. I never signed up for a subscription but as yesterday 3/26/25 I got charged and notified they were sending me 4 more bottles. I dont want there product, and I am going have my niece whos a doctor find out what in this product something natural shouldnt make you sick. Said I placed another order I never did.

      I received an order confirmation for an order I did not place through Shop. I emailed 3 times and have not received a response. I searched auto orders and subscriptions to see if I accidentally place my order with that status and could not find any information.

      I purchased Rosabella Moringa about a month ago because I wanted to try it out. Apparently I did not notice their subscription button was checked. On Saturday 3/15/25 I received a notification that my subscription order would soon be shipping. I immediately contacted Rosabella and asked them to cancel the order and my subscription. They contacted me the next morning telling me that they had already shipped the order. Since then I have been in a back and forth communication with them, where they continue to copy and paste the same information about the benefits of having a subscription to their product. I do not want a subscription to their product and have made it abundantly clear. I don't want any further shipments from them. But, they won't respond to tell me that my subscription has been canceled.I'm in an apparent black hole with no recourse. Please help!

      Date of transaction began January 5, 2025 with 1st order when I found out this was not a product I wanted to receive any further. Because they don't have a legitimate phone number I had to email to their support line and ask them to cancel my subscription and close my account because there was no option for me to do it myself. While I never received confirmation that they actually did so I forgot to follow up. Yesterday 3/6/2025 I received notice they were shipping another order to me, I responded immediately saying in bold letters DO NOT SHIP, CANCEL AND REFUND IMMEDIATELY! I preceded to follow that up the only method I had (1) email (2)phone # from my bank that was listed on the transaction. They are located in ******* but the phone # is in ******** no live person to speak with just to leave a message which I did yesterday and today. No response from either as of this writing.

      1/26 order place for a 3 months supplynof Rosabella Moringa tablets received on 2/6.2/26 1:24 am email stated they are preparing to sent 3 more bottles. Email sent to cancel since it interferes with my thyroid. The original order was a 3 months supply.2/26 9:04am e mail received order shipped!!! I have sent them at least 6 to 10 e mails to their web site. help@ ***************************** no response I also contacted my credit card .None of the e mails sent have been answered.

      I cancelled my order with Rosabella for moringa capsules in December and they continue to send me auto shipments. There is no contact information or simple instructions to cancel. I have reached out to their help email several times and no one replies or confirms. The tracking information is not on my ****** account. I strongly believe this is a scam. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue by canceling my subscriptions and refunding my money. I do not authorize their use of my credit card information for any future transactions. Thank you, **** M. ******

      I was researching their product and debating on ordering. I began entering my information to place an order. I never clicked through with the completion of the purchase but the order was placed through *******. I let it go as a fluke and decided to try the product. Which I have discovered I cant even take due to an interaction with a needed medication I take. Flash forward a few months and I received another delivery of the product without ever ordering but was automatically charged. I have not ever placed an order through this company.I read through the companys refund policy and followed those steps for a refund and to return the product I received and am awaiting reply. I also wanted to ensure I did not some how do any kind of subscription so I read through how to cancel a subscription and there is no way to cancel the subscription as I dont even have an account through them; theres not even an option to have or create an account. In there cancellation policy I followed the steps to cancel just in case and there is no option or way to even cancel. They dont even have an option to have an account set up through them. Its a scam.

      I ordered from this company (Rosobella) it was a buy 2 and get 2 free. The bottles were 14. 95 per 1 but I had to purchase 2 and I was to get 2 free. Which that purchase should have come to *****. It rang up for *****. The total bill plus shipping came to *****. There was nothing free so for that dishonest would like a full refund from them for false advertising and misleading information
