This website continues to call me even though I've asked them to remove me from their database. They claim that I purchased a vacation package with them however when it got to the point where I was going to spend money on it I stopped I did not pay anything. Yet they continue to call me incessantly with spoofed phone numbers that show local so that they don't get reported as scam phone numbers. I tried to ask them to remove my name and phone number and email from the database. However the person on the phone never listens. They always tell me no no we're trying to help you. They say that I did purchase a vacation package they give me a time a date and they have all my contact information. However there is no record in any of my financial accounts that any money was ever paid. I know that this site is as close to being a scam as possible and that if I agree to go on the vacation I'm going to get charged far more money than anything that they said in the phone call. I also know that they won't force me to do a timeshare presentation which I don't want. It's annoying that this company constantly calls me but never does the caller ID show that that's who they are they all say local phone numbers. This website is based out of ******* so they should be calling me with Wyoming phone numbers. And of course I want to complain about the employees who do not do what I ask them to do which is delete me from their database. This has been going on for the better part of a calendar year.Business Response

I paid $149.00 on a website ad offer on May 31 -they sent me an email to book a hotel....when I did book on June 6 - they sent reservation code told me to call - I sat on the phone for 2 different occasions for over 1/2hr during their work/opening hours....NO ONE ANSWERS.Attempts to reach them by social media or email have failed miserably.I did speak with someone in the beginning when they tried upselling me when I declined the upsell they attempted to transfer me to someone else that got disconnected.I called the hotel where my booking is supposed to have been made - they said they haven't even heard of such a third party.Please see attachments.Business Response

Just a note to say subsequent to submitting this complaint to BBB I spoke with an agent - finally - who declared that I would have had 3 days to ask for refund - and how it was displayed on site before booking - the message was not displayed to me at time of booking - but I have no way to prove it - PLUS - during the 3 days after first booking - as mentioned before NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONES - demonstrating they have no intention of connecting with consumer during the "cancel window".
There MUST be a 'BUYER BEWARE' to be assigned on to this site.Thanks for the work of BBB - they have effected refund and I now see the pending amounts in my accounts - not yet applied - I also received emails and calls from them - and was able to ascertain they had the card info to finalise refund.
I should not have to take the time to "bother" BBB on a matter such as this.

this company is garbage. they advertise that I can buy the vacation and go on the vacation anytime in the next 18 months. I paid for a vacation to the ************ in **********. After I paid for it a number popped up that it told me to call. I called the number immediatiley and they asked me for my reservation number. I gave it to them and they told me that I will be going to a different hotel than the one that I had paid for. I then told them that I paid for a different hotel resort. they then told me that I need to activate my trip and then once I activate my trip, I could then call the next number that they would give me to get the dates that I wanted to the ******************* with no issues. I then called the number they gave me and listened to music waiting for someone to come on the line for over 40 minutes. I went to the confirmation email and clicked on the book my dates on the email they sent me and it then shows every single day for the hotel resort I paid for as being red and can not book anything until 2026. Which is different from their web site that suckered me into buying the vacation that said I can go on my vacation anytime in the next 18 months. I called back and started recording the conversations on my iphone. I will submit these conversations to my bank and report them as fraud.Business Response

5/7 I booked 4 nts. in ********* through Booksi (**************************). I was told I would need to book 3 months out to get the price of $65 per nt. for 4 nts. I followed their directions online and booked with Wyndham Bayside in ********* and used my credit card to pay. I was then directed by Booksi to confirm my reservation through them.I called their number, *************. After a long wait, a telemarketer came on and tried to sell me other vacations. I said no I wanted to confirm the reservation I had made. She said that my reservation could not be used at the ******* but she had others, one in ********* and another in ******. I told her no, I either wanted the reservation I had made or cancel my reservation. She would do neither one. I told her I would contact the BBB since it was a fraudulent operation and other people are being scammed. I would like my money back for the 4 nights.Business Response

Hi,
I never received a refund. And to my knowledge I didn't get your email. Thank you for pursuing this problem further. The company is not fully stating their bookings, which are few and not on the dates you sign up for. They really should not be allowed to act as they do on unsuspecting customers. They refused to give me a refund but offered a trip to another city on another date, which was ridiculous.

I purchased 2 trips with them, one to ******* and the other to ******. We went on the first trip to *******... no problems. I didn't buy anything. They asked me provide them airline tickets so I bought it with tickets that are not refundable. Because I thought it would be a must-go ******* the way, they called me talking nonsense and unilaterally decided to cancel or pay more money. I couldn't understand what they were saying so I tried to contact them a lot of times with text messages , phone call and E- mail. I told them I can speak English a little bit so I requested them contact with me by e- mail and text messages. But they called me a lot of times and sent automated mail.And the man who is their employee yelled me with changing someone else.That's why my boyfriend answered the phone but they hung up the ******** I called them cancel this trip and refund my full money back with airline tickets fee but they didn't reply back cancelation e-mail and no money back yet.I called credit card company and filed a ********** boyfriend and I were so stressed out.Please help to resolve this problem or report this company as a bad company.I hope other people don'tsuffer like I did.This incident made me feel like I was being racism.Please check it and advise me.Thank you.
