I booked a vacation from Booksi in August 2024 for the *************** on ******** from June 27th to July 1st 2025. One week before the trip, they changed my accommodations to a substandard location that did not have a kitchen where the original booking did have a kitchen. I could not afford the extra expenses of having to eat out 5 days at a tourist location that would have easily cost over $1200 so I had to back out of the booking. I had been looking forward to this vacation for 10 months and had made plans to visit family and friends while on this trip and had to cancel everything. This was my one and only trip to the beach this year. Monster Reservations made the booking, so I consider them also at fault, and *************** was the entity that this offer was being made for, so they are also involved. This was a timeshare marketing event that I was actually considering purchasing so I could have a location on ******** to vacation at. Not a smart way to start out a committed ownership relationship.

This company is very MISLEADING!! The ************* game when I went to book my My reservations I was asked how much money do I make as well as I had to attend a 2-hour seminar to be sold a timeshare. I thought this was a travel agency. They take your money. Promising you vacations and then they **** you off to another business called monster and those are The people that ask you how much do you make are you married and it's mandatory that you attend a 2-hour seminar after travelling at he property where you're going to be booking your vacation, I would have never booked with this company if I knew that they were just pawning me off to a timeshare company. On top of that, you're on the phone waiting for hours to book a vacation or to talk to a human. And then when you finally get through to someone to try to book your vacation, every location that you choose is unavailable.. what they are doing should be illegal!!!

STAY AWAY, THIS SITE APPEARS TO JUST BE SCAMMERS Purchased two vacation packages from them. I then booked one of them. But it then said that I need to call them. I have tried calling the several times waiting over a half hour or more each time and no one ever picks up. I also set them several messages from their website, sent emails to support via normal email, and left messages on their voice mail after hours, and never got a response from anything. Their website has a conformation # and says booked but also said call. Now after 3-4 months Im two days from going and since cannot get ahold of or response from them I called the hotel directly and they have no record of my booking and are full now. So now Im scrambling to find a hotel so it does not ruin the first 4 days of our 3 week trip. I wouldnt ever use them..

This company is one scam after another. We fell into their trap. The guy on the phone told us 4 nights in a fabulous *************** for only $59.00. Book anytime deal is good for 18 months. The $59 was actually $84.53 ($25.43 in booking fees). Ever week since booking we have gotten calls from Booksi marketeers. Obnoxious "used car" salesmen. When we finally decided to book our trip, the reservation people told us we were too early - try back a month or so ahead of the desired date.We did and to our dismay, the fabulous ******************, *********************** was booked for the time period we wanted. In fact, it was booked for every date in every month. The booking agent didn't even check - just said we have no dates ************* comes the bait and switch - how about the Staybridge Suites in ********, ** which is 35 miles away from ********* and nor a fabulous hotel. As we were debating about the hotel, the reservation agent started advising us that in addition to what we had paid, there would be added charges for taxes of $56 plus a $150 deposit. We decided to take the loss of $84.53 and cut further losses. If Booksi calls, hang-up!

Ad - $59. Actual - $209.43 Dont trust then. They advertise cheap stays but then add a bunch of extra which increases cost. They also control exactingly where you stay which may or may not be the hotel advertised.

Beware. This is a bait an switch. Nowhere on the site do they mention that you will need to sit for a 2-hour presentation unless you go to the bottom the site and click on Terms and Conditions. The required presentation will "showcase all the resorts' amenities and benefits of their frequent travel program." The rub is that these presentations wear you down and it's easy to say "yes" to get out of there. If you really want to take advantage of the low hotel prices they offer, be sure to commit to yourself not to fall for their strong-arm tactics during the presentation.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, a customer service representative will follow up with you. The reason our exclusive hotel offers are up to 83% off the retail rate is because the resorts are sponsoring the promotion in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending the resort preview. On each hotel offer web page we list the Resort Preview Rate as well as the ****************** for the discounted price. Here is a short video explaining why Booksi's vacations are 83% off *********************************************************** Over 1 million customers have taken advantage of Booksi's discounted vacations and our customers on average save over $2000+ on our all-inclusive vacations. In fact, Booksi has over ****+ Verified Past Customers reviews on Sitejabber, a 3rd party review site. Beautiful family-friendly resort with nice pools and fun things to do with kids, including a nice dolphin show, lazy river, and sand and pool volleyball. The weather was fantastic the entire time.
The breakfast buffet was nice, but the dinner buffet and restaurants were disappointing. Dinner restaurants with table service are limited to 2-3 nights for non-members but not much better than the buffet. For a place that charges members $175 per day per person for food, the food could have been better. Everything else at the resort was great. The resort is very large and requires a lot of walking, but we got used to it.
The Booksi deal is misleading. The $599 doesn't include an additional $180 or so in resort fees and $70 return transportation to the airport. That was frustrating, but it was still a great experience and value overall.
The timeshare presentation and tour was nice and didn't exceed the advertised 2 hours. The rooms were very nice. The check-in process was annoying with someone who didn't speak English well and lots of paperwork to sign with fine print that was too small to read.

I clicked the ad and paid Booksi $799 for 3 vacation to use in 3 years. When I called in Booksi sold my trips to Monster RG and I was told I have to pay an additional $283 for taxes. I paid it. I was told I must listen to a timeshare presentation and when I read the reviews about it, they all say if you don’t buy the timeshare, you’re treated like trash at the resort and have to beg for food. I demanded a refund and they told me on the phone I got a full refund. When I emailed asking where my refund is, they said I can’t get a refund. They stole over $1,000 from me worth of fake vacations! DO NOT PAY THEM.

Total scam. Buyer Beware. Bait and Switch. I bought a package for a beach resort hotel in Florida and I was confirmed in a Comfort Inn at the airport.
