I called the company to cancel because they were calling multiple times a day with high pressure sales calls even after I contacted them to let them know I would call back on Friday (2.5 days after original purchase) to confirm my package details and supply a "deposit". The first representative I spoke to said there was no problem with cancelling and was supposed to be refunded but the call was disconnected on their end. The second representative claimed to be a supervisor, when I asked for one, and stated that no refund would be given after 2 days even though I was calling about 54 hours after the booking. That if I cancel I forfeit everything.Initial Complaint

Purshed a reservation thru Booksi for 3 days in Pigeon Forge for Oct 1-4. They ask to be paid , so I did. Then next day I got a message that they needed more information. I called and they ask me questions that I knew they didn't need answer to . So I ask them why and she said it was to go to a time share meeting and I said there was no mention of a timeshare before I paid $95.38 for 3 nights. I said no, I'm not interested. I ask for a refund and she said no refunds. Total false information in our conversation, no mention of timeshare at all, before I paid. I want my nights that I paid for or my money back. Thank u ! Please help.Initial Complaint

I booked a vacation with this company to go to ******************* last Monday on the 18th. They never explained that you need an international passport to fly there so when I arrived at the airport with my passport card they wouldn't let me board the plane. This was my anniversary vacation I was looking forward to for almost a year. The company refuses to either refund the 800 I paid or credit my account so I can reschedule the vacation in time to get a passport because they say I didn't cancel earlier when I had every intention of going on my vacation . This is wrong to keep all of the money without even getting to go on my vacation they want me to pay all over again to rescheduleInitial Complaint

This website advertised on FB for a stay at the ************ in ******************* and said I could travel any time in the next 18 months. I booked it and none of the dates I wanted to travel are available. They offered me stays in other cities but that is not what I wanted. They said there is a week to date quota and to call back on Monday. Then they asked my annual income, drivers license number, profession, a lot of personal information that I did not feel comfortable with but gave any way as I was getting frustrated. Then they said I had to do a 2 hour timeshare presentation which was not in the original ad. They still didnt have the dates and location available that I needed. I offered other dates but those werent available either. On my receipt it clearly states that I can travel any time in the next 18 months. This company is fraudulent and preys on people. I asked for a refund and they said it was nonrefundable.Initial Complaint

I purchased a travel package through booksi.com. The travel package I purchased included 4 nights in ******** ** staying at the ********************* I called into Booksi to reserve my stay in ******** ** at the ******************** I spoke with a representative that told me none of the dates I selected were available. After being told my dates werent available I went to the ******************** site online which showed all of the dates I selected were available. The representative told me she could offer me those dates a a time share facility in ***********, **. I didnt purchase a package in *********** ** at a time share facility I purchased 4 nights in ******** ** at ********************* I called in multiple times and spoke to multiple representative that all told me different stories. During my first discussion with Booksi I asked the representative what dates were available for the ******************** and she told me April 16- April 20, was the first available date. I told her to book those dates and after going through ***************************************************************************** the dates werent available. I was so irritated I hung up. After hanging up I went to the online Booksi site to try to make my reservation myself. I entered the dates I wanted to go on my trip which were March ***** **** it showed they were available so I made my reservation. After completing my reservation I received a message that to complete the booking I received a message that said I had to call into Booksi to complete the reservation. I called into Booksi to complete the reservation and was told by another rep the dates werent available even though on the Embassy Suites site showed they were. This is a scam to get you to sit through a sales pitch for a time share. After submitting a bad review I was called by someone that offered me a refund after the reps told me they dont offer refunds. Why did I have to submit a bad review to get refundInitial Complaint

On June 23, 2023, Booksi, LLC sold me a 5 night stay at the *************************. I paid $359.73 online. Before paying, I read their terms and it said that I had 7 days to cancel if my dates were not available. After paying I tried to book and no dates are available ever. I called to cancel and the representative named ************************* confirmed that they had no availability for any day for that resort. I asked to cancel and for a refund and the rep said they do not offer refunds nor cancellations. I explained that the terms of service stated that I could get a refund and she said that she could not give me a refund because "you charged yourself". I asked how I could "charge myself" if they are the ones receiving the money and she said that I charged myself because I did the reservation online. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold for about 5 minutes. She came back and said that I couldn't speak to a supervisor and there is nothing I can do but book another destination. This place needs to be shut down!Initial Complaint

I responded to an add at Booksi for a 5 night all-inclusive trip to ****** for $448.43. I logged on to their reservation web site and checked availability for the desired dates. I booked my flight, went back to the Booksi site to complete the booking. I couldn't complete the booking and was desired to a customer support number. That was Monster Booking, they said there was no availability for my dates. I was given three different reservations at different locations. The last being for a day less. I paid Monster booking $576.45, was promised a refund of the Boksi charge of $448.83 as well as a promise of no additional charges. Instead of a refund, I was charged the exact amount again. I challenged the Booksi charges for $448. 43 (times 2) and an additional charge of $255.00 to MYWEBREZ and was issued a new credit card. I was out of town for a couple weeks and when I got home I had an email from Monster cancelling my shorter reservation. Monster might argue that my reservation was noncancelable, but I didn't cancel it , they did without notifying me. They had my cell number with which they contacted me numerous times. I also booked a hotel at the ************** ($117.04) because of the shorter reservation and my inability to move my return flight one day earlier. All of the transactions were over the phone without email follow-up. This whole process with ****************************** was deception, misleading claims and outright thievery.
