      If I could give zero star, I would. I flew with Swoop Airline for the first ***** *** had a horrible experience!! Basically Swoop Airline business practice is charge for a service that wasnt use or provided!! & on top of that; very poor customers: no live person to speak to, lacking communication, & the agents at the airport doesnt even have a way to speak to online agents, there they dont collaborate as a team.Someone need to take this airline to small business court because its the principle of it, I paid for something that I did not receive due lack /limited of information provide by this airline.I booked non stop round trip , with carry on however due unseen circumstances I had to checked my luggage , therefore; I spoke to agent at the desk who said I should send an email swoop for a refund of difference between carry on and check luggage; in which I did, however; they refused understand the out come that caused that changed, refused to make necessary refund , refuse to do what is right & show no sympathy nor empathy . Our flights kept getting delay & canceled with little notice, which made me miss my transport & ending up paying more in accommodation then flight cost itself, which causes a headache because they dont provide some sort of an accommodations or compensations.To be honest , its better to book with a creditable airline with good customer service and ethical business practices Trust me their airfare dont worth the headache

      Swoop has non existent customer service ! We travelled 2 weeks ago with Swoop from ********** to ********. After a 7 hour delay arriving into ******** at 430am with our 3 small children, our ski bag was missing. We made a claim with the online portal, and have not heard back. we received a call from ******** that our bag was located there and they would send it back. That was 10 days ago and still no bag. I have been to the airport multiple times trying to connect directly with a Swoop agent and have not had any luck as they are only there when flights are arriving and departing. Our ski bag contains thousands of dollars worth of equipment. We will be submitting a legal claim to small claims court against Swoop if we do not hear anything in another week. They should not be selling tickets for a service if they cannot support. Needless to say, we will never fly swoop again.

      Swoop is the worst company overall i have ever dealt with . I was trying to book on line and had a question so i call the resercation number . Someone booked my flight but tried to charge me more then what was on line. When i said i wasnt going to pay that $296 more. Which he tried to put thru on 2 seperate visa . **** ** **** ***** ****** *** **** * ***** ** ******* **** ***** ** ** ** * **** *** ******** ****** **** ****** ****** ** **** * ***** ****** ** ********* ** *** I tried to get hold of customer service for swoop. You call they say get hold of them on facebook. Which is a robot . I drove to airport twice .. my flight was booked but the days where wrong so i changed it . Leaving toronto jan26 returning feb 5 .. instead of feb 2.. i paid another $272 to change the flight .which went thru . Then the computer somehow had dates of leaving jam 12 returning march 5. And i owed another 952 . I did not was yhis i only wanted 1 change fron feb 2 to feb 5 .. i couldnt go back on website because the flight was leaving within 24 hour .. i have no customer service it doent exsist .i had no contact they cancell my jan26 to feb 5 and kept my money now i have had to pay for another trip.. flight *** ******..i am out almost 800 for a flight i didnt try snd book but could go back to change .. there is no way to get hold of a person ** *** ******* ****

      I flew with Swoop from ********** to ******** over the Christmas holidays. The assigned seats had us sit apart, but the check-in agent moved all of us forward of the cabin so we were sitting together. That really made my 6 year old very happy. The ushering staff and the cabin crew were very welcoming. The incoming flight was slightly delayed, but the ushering staff was quick, and finished the boarding quickly. The boarding could have been improved by announcing clearly who were welcome to board during pre-boarding. Some families were left back of the line unsure if they were welcome to board at that time.The flight was smooth, despite going through cloud cover for the most part. The flight arrived on time in ********, and landing was very smooth. I got good value for the money I paid. I would take Swoop over other budget airlines, whenever available.

      I'm not at all happy. Firstly our boarding was delayed by 45 minutes because of a computer problem at check in. Secondly after arriving we havnt been able to deplane, landed here at 610 and it's now 7 and for how much longer...

      Despite hundreds of flights being canceled over Christmas 2022 my Swoop flight from ******** to *************** on Dec 26 was basically on time other than the extra time for de-icing. The cloud cover was heavy and constant almost all the way yet pilot kept turbulence to a minimum through his/her manoevers . Ground was visible only on final approach and landing was soft and welcome. I have had many flights with Swoop and have never had an issue. Critics may expect first class service for low price but aside from the lack of frills the cabin crew and flight crew were as good, if not better, than the so-called premium airlines. Kudos to all of them.

      They left elderly, young and everyone else completely abandoned at ******** airport after turning our flight around due to"customd and immigration issues" this was a domestic flight for the record . And then they all lied about staff being waiting for us to help. Instead they all sneaked out the back door and left us clue less. No flights back tomm the new year. The un ethical practices of these people are incredible.

      We went from ******* to *************. They couldn't land in ******* so they flew us all the way back to ******* and dumped us at a completely closed airport, saying someone would be there to help. They were going to send a 'rescue plane'. What actually happened was, the swoop staff literally ran out the side doors leaving us with no plane and no one to help. They sent an email to rebook for 3 days later on a flight that was already full. Everyone was stranded. No hotel or help. What a joke of a company. I hope this ****** you from booking with them. How they are in business stil, I don't know.

      Terrible airline!!! Always delays and terrible customer service. Staff dont cater to your needs and barely ever apologize for the inconvenience they always cause

      Horrible customer service. You can only talk to them through MS ********* and all you get is a robot. I paid Modifly and cant get it to allow me to choose just one ticket. I have to change both.
