      My experience with NEO Financial's credit card services has been nothing short of a nightmare. My credit card was stolen and used for several unauthorized transactions, and despite following their help centers instructions to lock the card, request a new one, and report the unauthorized transactions, it took them 40 days to respond. To my shock, they refused the dispute, claiming the tap feature was used, which according to them, could only have been done by the cardholder. When I called for clarification, they asked for a police report, which was never mentioned in their cardholder agreement or by their help center. After escalating the matter, the manager (named ***) I spoke with was utterly unhelpful and made no sense, despite my explanations. The investigation team then offered to cover only 50% of the unauthorized transactions, claiming it was a generous offer from the manager. When I informed them that I had filed a police report, they quickly concluded the investigation and said they no longer required it, clearly trying to dodge responsibility. Unlike other credit card companies, NEO Financial's fraud detection system failed miserably; other companies detected unauthorized transactions and notified me immediately, but NEO did nothing. The entire process was handled very unprofessionally. I later discovered that NEO Financial has a BBB score of 1.29 and a ********** rating of 1.5, with numerous complaints about their fraudulent practices. It's baffling how such a company is still allowed to operate in ******. In conclusion, NEO Financial's credit card services are highly questionable and unreliable. I strongly advise against using their services if you value your peace of mind and financial security.

      I am giving a "0" rating for the worst customer service that I have ever been dealt with. I have been chatting with them on 4 occasions regarding the missing welcome bonus for their Cathay Pacific Mastercard. The first one said he would complete the form for me and they will contact me on the mobile app. No reply. The 2nd one said they would submit my request to their team in charge and would contact me through email. No reply. Finally the 3rd one said I was not qualified because I had the ******** Bay Mastercard already. Every time I had to stay on the chat waiting for their reply for a long time and if I did not respond fast enough, they would say inactivity and disconnect me, then I had to start all over again. The staff "*****" completed my application did not tell me that I would not be qualified as he was aware that I had a Mastercard already. I was charged for $180 annual fee. I asked for the supervisor and was told that the supervisor would call me but instead I received email from ****. **** said that the promotion was ended in 2023 prior to my application. This is totally a lie as I made my decision on the last day of the promotion as I was struggling with the annual fee.If the company does not want to honour the promotion, please do not offer and mislead. I feel so bad for the companies connecting with them. I have never had this bad situation before. Poor customer service and make their customers even more frustrating and cut their credit cards and other services. Not worth it.Definitely no more dealing with NEO FINANCIAL and strongly do not recommend NEO FNANCIAL.They don't even deserve a star.

      I am giving a "0" rating for an extremely poor customer service and malpractice. It was nearly impossible to close my Neo Financial credit card account. After tremendous effort on my part, the account was finely closed. in retaliation, the company declared that it will reduce my credit score by 5% for declining their service. I strongly do not recommend dealing with NEO FINANCIAL.

      This is such a ****, they have a 30 day "cash advance" limit that they won't tell me how much that is or when more funds will be available even tho this isn't a cash advance it's money from my paycheck in my money account, so they are just holding hostage over a grand, useless customer service. I moved all my money to ******* they have no fees and an actual interact card and amazing customer service, don't use neo they are horrible if I could give 0 stars I would

      I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this company's customer service. It's been months of trying to reach out for a simple question, with no luck whatsoever. I've been bounced around between departments and even a third-party financial institution that seems to be nonexistent. Each time, I'm told that someone else is supposed to help me. I spent three hours on hold (no exaggeration), during which I tried to multitask but still got no answers. Eventually, I gave up. I attempted to contact them again months later, only to receive the same runaround. It's been a nightmare. You can tell their customer service is terrible, probably because they're paid poorly and treated unfairly. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to a friendmaybe to an enemy, though! lol

      they do not honour their sign-up bonus. I received an EMAIL from NEO FINANCIAL saying that I used the wrong promo code I am not entitled to their sign-up bonus.you can earn $25 cash back with the Neo Credit Mastercard. Get $25 cash back when you sign up for the Neo Credit card.But because I either used the wrong way of signing up or did not use the correct promo code they are refusing to give the 25-dollar cashback reward, they have charged me for a premium peek charge even though it says it is supposed to be for the first 3 months free. so far I have been getting perks and rewards on purchases I have made but waiting to see if they are the correct percentage

      Received a card at my addresss which I've been at for 22 years and someone else's name. Phoned to deal with it. They won't check the card number (not allowed). They won't give me a manager's name (confidential). They won't have the manager call ME back (they don't do that)I'm sure this is someone who's compromised MY information. And there is apparently no way that Neo Financial has to meditate the issue. DON'T USE THEM. I will have to find another way to solve this issue.BTW - the 1 star rating is too high. There should be another option. This outfit is SK***************Y

      I recently made a purchase totaling $200 using my H******* B** credit card, a Neo card, only to find an additional charge of $7 on my statement, bringing the total to $207. Shortly after, I decided to cancel the purchase, expecting a full refund. However, when the refund came through, it was $7 short, leaving me with only $193 returned to my account. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was met with confusion and no clear explanation for the discrepancy. Even emails sent to their support team went unanswered. In the end, due to this ordeal with Neo Financial, I lost a total of $14 between the initial purchase and subsequent refund process. Feeling frustrated and disillusioned, I've decided to discard my physical H******* B** card and close all associated Neo accounts. I feel compelled to warn others about the lack of integrity and reliability displayed by this financial institution. It's a disappointing experience to encounter such disregard for customers, and I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with them.

      I decided to open a prepaid secured card with Neo Financial to simplify my spending, intending to only pay for what I use without any additional charges. However, upon paying the initial $50, I discovered additional fees and statements being added without my consent. When I requested to close the account, I was informed that I still had a remaining balance. Their solution was for me to pay the balance again, which I had already settled initially before they would refund the entire amount. This process seems illogical and raises concerns about their integrity. Why should I pay twice for them to refund what is rightfully mine? It's a frustrating and misleading experience that I regret.

      Played ********* and cashed my winnings out to neo. They froze my account for ***** and refuse to give me access to both my own check and my winnings from the site. Cannot access anything due to them locking the account, been 2 weeks of waiting for someone to get back or 'possibly watch for an email " called and chatted in every single day and no one has an answer they're all waiting for this magic agent to approve my funds
