      I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Neo Financial. Financial institutions, given their substantial profits, should be expected to offer efficient and customer-centric services. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Neo Financial has fallen short of this expectation, particularly in their inability to facilitate money transfers effectively.Recently, I encountered a situation where I accidentally overpaid my MasterCard account. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, including requesting a refund, I was met with frustrating obstacles. The promised refund failed to materialize, and when seeking alternative options to transfer the excess funds, I was dismayed to discover that Neo Financial offered no reasonable solutions.What is most concerning is the glaring lack of options for moving money within the bank itself. Even basic features, such as transferring funds from a MasterCard to other accounts within the bank or linked accounts, are conspicuously absent. This lack of flexibility severely hampers the customer experience and demonstrates a clear disregard for customer needs.Moreover, my interactions with customer service were exceedingly frustrating. Not only was the response time slow, but the representatives appeared to be handcuffed by the bank's limited capabilities, rendering them essentially useless in resolving my issue. It is disheartening to contrast this experience with other financial institutions that offer seamless money transfer options and responsive customer support.As a consumer, I expect better service and more flexibility from my financial institution. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience continue to entrust my financial affairs to Neo.I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts Neo Financial to reevaluate its policies and practices, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of its customers.

      it is been over 3 months Neo Financial holding my overpayment and I sent email and called saying I am closing my account but they are not paying back my overpayment. What kind of financial instruction is this that they holds overpayment if I am saying that I am closing my account but they are giving back my overpayment. This kind of Financial Institution should not be in Market and no one should should trust them.. This Fraud and stealing money from customer . This Neo Financial not deserving even mines star.

      I wish I could give negative 20 stars to this financial. I applied for an Asia Miles *********** It has been more than seven days since I opened the account, and the bonus miles ****** have not been credited to my account. I contacted them through chat because there was no number to call. After three agents who were ignorant and did not want to help, the fourth one opened a ticket to escalate. That is one issue... bonus miles are missing.I contacted them later for another issue: the miles when I made purchases because they were pending for days. The website said it would be credited within an hour. The agent did not want to help and told me a case had been created for the missing miles. I inquired about pending points from purchases, not talking about the missing miles case.People at this financial are the worst. They go to work and collect their paychecks without caring if customers are happy. Stay away!Later in the day, I contacted them 3 times after receiving the response and the case is still sitting in the queue and no one has picked it up. They took $180 membership fee and did not give points. This is unacceptable!Finally, H called me back and explained that if I had an existing profile then I would not be eligible for the bonus points. I asked him to send me the terms. It is totally different than what he has advised me."The offer is only available for the new customers, which means if you had an existing application for a credit account or a credit account itself with us in the past, you are not eligible."I had a profile but I never applied for any credit cards with them. I lost $180 for the annual fee. **** ** * ****!

      Neo financial seemed great at first, i was reallybenjoy the platform. However my account somehow was hacked, the person made multiple transactions which were over $1000. I called to report, the neonteam did virtually nothing. There is no protection from your money being stolen. They have no security or fraud team. I asked to speak to a manager, i was told id receive a call within the day. NO CALL. DONT PUT YOUR TRUST IN NEO. learn from me.They also changed my card info however the account continued to be hacked and transactions were trying to go through.

      Disgusting practice. I signed up for the high interest savings account under their promo. Deposit $50 & get $150 bonus. They clawed back the $150 from my account & took my $50 as well. Give me back my money!

      Disgusting and shady. I signed up for a promo through my ****** Mobile benefits account. This promo did not take effect and the customer service rep said I was ineligible for the promo. The promo was “earn $150 by opening a HISA (savings) account. When I saw that the promo did not work for me but instead worked for many others who weren’t even virgin mobile members I reached out to customer service asking why I was ineligible. The customer service rep accused me of lying that I was a ****** Mobile member, and many times stated that I was ineligible, even after providing screenshots of the offer that I had taken straight from the app. My credit score took a hit of 45 points just for me to receive no credit or rewards. Not even compensation for that large of a hit. Disgusting practice. **** **** ** ****** ******** ****** *** ****** **** ** **** *** ***** **** ****

      Neo I signed up for the new ****** ******* card because I am a very frequent flier I am also the *** of a successful business ( for context ) I called twice having discovered that my bank was NOT set up by Neo for bill pay I got the standard offshore call centre 2 hours on the phone on 2 days A promise to call me back by a manager did not materialize I insisted that since I had not used the card the account be closed Only to be told I must first pay the membership free What a customer insult I have had the card 12 days and never used it So you misrepresent your selves to the public Then try to entice us to open a savings account to solve Your problem Disgusting and potentially ******* marketing Dont invest your time or money with this company I will be reporting this to ****** ******* VP for North America who is a friend
