Starting Nov 3, 2023, Credit Resources BUS started withdrawing ***** every 2 weeks. I have no idea why or how they are taking this. I found complaints on your site and the information to contact them.I called, was transferred twice, the 2nd agent (****) told me they do not have any information on me or that I have an account with them. He told me that I needed to transfer to another customer service department and put on hold.**** came back, asked if I was interested in their program to which I said no, then he told me there was no one to take my call. He advised me I would get a return call, that they would help me with my situation and get the account cancelled and taken care of.Waiting for a call.Payment taken every two weeks starting Nov 3, 2023 to April 19, 2024. I do not want them to continue to take money for something I have no record of agreeing to, and to which they (****) have advised me that they no account in my name.*******************************Business Response

I wasn't made aware just how frequently and how much money they would be taking from my account. This is a bit ridiculous and I've had no help with being able to contact someone to talk about this. No one responds over email or answers calls. I'd really like to sort this out.Business Response

I was online and looking into getting a credit card. Credit Resources came up and I STARTED to fill out an application for a prepaid ***** I did not even finish filling out the application and I got 3 emails from Credit Resources asking me to finish the application. I never did as I changed ************** they took it upon themselves to go ahead and send me an agreement that I didn't agree to nor did I sign this agreement! They went ahead and started removing $20 from my bank account every Friday for 3 weeks until I noticed it and phoned them. I am not even sure how they got my banking information!! Finally got a hold of them and told them I did not sign any agreement, and to stop taking money out of my account. The representative said she cancelled the agreement. Then when I enquired about getting my $60 back she hung up on me!! I would REALLY like that money back! They did absolutely nothing to receive that $60 and I need it back!
