    I was inquiring to this business yo see the services they offered . I did not agree to any funds to be removed from my bank nor did I even talk to anyone about what I I wanted to move forward with. Completely disgusting tactics. So they tried to take 20 dollars from my account to help me get credit but instead the give me a 45 dollar nsf charge o have to pay.

    This company which i did not sign up for has been taking money from my account and has never gotten back to me, i want my **** money back or i want the physical address of this company to deal with them myself.

    I opened an account with Credit Resources to help improve my credit. They have done nothing to improve my credit situation. I have cancelled my account numerous times and yet they continue to take my money. I called again recently to get information as to why this continues and they told me that my account was closed but was unable to tell me the date that it closed. She told me that tech support would contact me within 24 hours, I did not receive a phone call from them. I woke up this morning and they are still taking money from me. So, I called yet again and spoke to a lady that is now telling me that my account is closed but not permanently closed. I have received NSF charges as well as weekly withdrawals from my bank due to this incompetent credit company

    Credit Resources has been debiting my account for over two years and random times for the amount of $20 per debit. Last years amount was over $300.00 I have tried to do stop payments but they have set up some random billing dates that make it difficult to target and set a stop payment date with the bank. I have emailed them on two occasions and received no response. I am requesting your support to stop this process with this company of Credit Resources.

    Credit resources has been taking money from my account in the amount of $20 for the past 2 to 3 years and I have not been able to find a solution for this problem. Im now making a complaint here on better business bureau to see if I can get my problem resolved as I can see that other people have been able to get their problem resolved through here. I have never once signed up for anything nor visited their website besides visiting the website to try and get contact information and see if theres any information on why Money is being withdrawn from my account. I do not want any money back please just stop taking money from my account I never signed up for any of your services. I have ******** 3 months of bank statements from this year which the withdrawals can be seen.
