I have been trying to cancel this membership for months. No one returned my calls or emails until today. I have not recieved any paperwork from this company, including the signed "agreement" everyone mentions. They have withdrawn over ***** over the course of 2 years and have stated that I do not qualify for any cashback items they offer. I have not recieved the "prepaid ***** card that I was promised. They have changed their name to continue to withdraw from my bank account. Some months they have withdrawn 4 times, and I have two accounts with them with the same email, that i did not sign up for. I signed up for one. I was informed today that it must be someone else taking my money, as it's not their company. The customer service agent was polite, however the manager that I requested to speak with was rude and denied any of their wrongdoing.Business Response

I have snap shots of each time they took money out, never heard from anyone, canceled subscription yesterday, called them and was told to go to the bank and the bank would refund me, so I talked to the bank today and the bank said no, called them and they said no I dont get a refund because I signed up for the service but I kept asking what service they provided for me because I received nothing from them, not even an email or phone call. They said that they have financial advisors that I was to set up an appointment to talk to but never received Anything from them. All I have is the response from them telling me I had to call to cancel. It is over **** that they have taken out of my account and provided me with nothing. I checked the website and it says I shouldve received a prepaid visa never received it either. So I would like a refund of services that were not provided to me, why pay for a subscription of something that I never used or received.Business Response

In the pictures, I highlighted areas, where they did not comply with the agreement. I did not receive an email copy of the agreement until this morning, I did not receive the visa card, no errors were removed from my credit file, the payments were not recorded to help improve my credit score, I did not have any interaction with any employee until I tried to cancel my account, not one service was provided to me, no information was sent to me (until now, because I have made a complaint)
