    I have a charge from this company that I never signed up for they have charged me three times so far. I would like them to refund all the money and stop charging me I have no idea what they are and never signed up for this company. The company is credit value

    I demand $39.63 be covered by Credit Value for the *** Fee from their withdrawal from my account. I signed no contract and gave no consent to take my my money. This happened on Friday January 13, 2023.

    this company credit value took some money out of my bank account $18 and never paid it back to me I was going to get a loan from them but never got it so I told them to close my file and to pay back the money they owe me

    This company began taking $18.99 from my bank account WEEKLY and I NEVER authorized it. I can't find a confirmation email, contract, nothing in my email account. I've tried to contact them SEVERAL times and they have not answered my voicemails or emails I have sent them. I will be going to my bank to dispute the charges, but it doesn't stop the $18.99 from coming out of my account weekly.

    I am a single mom of 2 boys with no child support. A little over a year ago, I enrolled through their website, in hopes that they would provide me with a loan. They did the opposite. They started taking $18.99 from my bank account on a weekly basis and have been ever since. At times, I was charged $48 *** fees as a result. I have reached out to them twice to immediately cancel, but no reply. I want every ***** they ***** from me to feed my kids back, which, so far, has been $1120.41 (59 x $18.99), and that is not counting the *** fees I was charged.

    I am rejecting this response because: It has nothing to do with my situation, and the fact that they have been ******* my monthly on a bi-weekly basis fir over a year. I NEVER finalized anything with them, as confirmed by their response. I received an initial email from them with the steps to finalize, but I decided to explore better options. So for them to keep taking my money every 2 weeks for a service I never opted for is pure theft. If you further explore client responses about them online, you will see that it is a ****. I want every ***** back, including the 2 payments they have taken since my report.

    Credit Value has been debiting an $18.99 membership out if my account every week for 8 months. When I contacted them originally, they had no file for me yet they still take money out. I never agreed to have this money taken out and would never just freely give my bank account information out. This account had been newly opened when this started. I have filed a ***** investigation with my bank and I have also contacted the company again thru email demanding they stop payments. I have not heard back from them. I have lost alot of money between credit Value and the *** fees thru my bank...but best of all my credit is still s*** and apparently I'm paying for a service to fix my credit!! I would like to be reimbursed all the monies that was *****ulently taken. I'm a single mom and all those dollars have really hurt us.

    I never signed up to receive any services from Credit Value and they deducted $18.99 from my account on December 2.I might have unsuccessfully applied for a payday loan from them but that's it.
