    Hi,I received a parking notice for $70 in the Indigo ***** Loop Village location on 13Jul2023@1828. Parking payment is not required in the location on the condition you are visiting the local ***** Loop Village businesses as per Indigo. I was visiting two ***** Loop village businesses and have a receipt of proof of purchase from one of them for 13Jul2023@1802. There seems to be a technical glitch or misunderstanding from Indigo and I received the notice in error on my car. I have tried to contact the Indigo Calgary office on multiple occasions and left messages with no response. I am not liable for this notice, have never received a notice from Indigo before (I live in the area), and would like this rectified promptly please

    At this particular lot registration is required on the ** code to validate the parking. If this is not completed the vehicle is at risk of ticketing and/or towing.

    This individual has not called or left messages with us under the phone number or email provided. Please advise them to call our direct line ************ or reach out to us by email ******************************************************* and we will gladly assist.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Please see attached call history when I called twice and left a message to the number that Indigo have yet again provided in their response.The Indigo response that they have not received any calls is not accurate

    I have also sent two emails to the email address provided in the Indigo response that rejects incoming mail. See attached rejections

    I will continue to call the same Indigo number again tomorrow and Friday until this is resolved. However, I have already provided the proof of purchase evidence to correct their technical error. If Indigo are unavailable to answer tomorrow, Inigo can call me directly on ************ to further clarify if needed

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have received the voicemail from Indigo and thank them for reaching out. I have tried to ring back but was unable to get through yesterday. The solution Indigo proposed was to pay 50% of the notice within 10 days or potentially have my car towed. As this ticket was given in error and I have shown proof of purchase to justify the error (Payment is not required in the parking lot if visiting local businesses), I do not believe this is a fair and equitable response. I have never received any Indigo notices previously and have used their lots widely before. Under the circumstances, a notice waiver is the most equitable solution in this case

    On **** **** **** I was parked at my office with my parking pass clearly visible. Indigo wrote me a ticket for parking without a proper pass visible. Funny, it was clearly right on my dashboard, I have photo evidence. When I contacted them they said their area manager is away and there is nothing they can do. I then emailed them about it and they said, and I quote, We have been advised these passes are not valid at this location. Please reach out to the coop management team in regards to this parking notice.I WORK AT THE CO-OP! These are the passes they give to ALL employees. I told them this and was ignored. So, this company is unwilling to admit they made a mistake and are now insisting I pay the ticket for parking in the company I work fors lot, legally, with a permit displayed. *** ******* *** ********* ******** ********** *** **************. I confirmed with management that my pass is valid and correct, the ticket is still not removed.

    Good Afternoon,

    The parking pass in question has not been valid at this lot for a few months now. All tenants have been made aware, unfortunately if this was not communicated to this individual by their employer while we apologize for this we have already done our due diligence. All license plates are to be registered with the employer to avoid a notice being issued. Despite validity of the parking notice it has been cancelled by the area manager and the customer should have been advised by their employer,

    Good morning,I paid for a full day of parking at an Indigo lot last week, and I got an email confirmation that the payment was accepted. This confirmation included the amount, the lot number, the time I paid for, etc, but it didn't include the licence plate. There was a link to something called a "parking pass", but it didn't explain what it was, so I assumed it was just a PDF of the same information. I came out to a ticket on my vehicle a few hours later, so I immediately emailed them to clarify that I actually paid for a full day, and I asked for some understanding as the confirmation email didn't list the licence plate number.They wrote back and said they would reduce the ticket to $** and that the matter was closed. I find this completely unacceptable and, to be honest, robbery. It's not that I forgot to pay or didn't pay for long enough, I paid for an entire day of parking, the maximum amount. They are being completely unreasonable to deal with, and I feel totally cheated.Please help.

    On May **** at approximately ****pm I went out to my car that was parked at *************** and ************ ****** at ************************, Calgary, AB and noticed I had a parking ticket that had been issued at ****pm. Patroller number was #**.I was aware that it was an Indigo parking lot, but I had my infant son with me and didn't want to reach into my pocket to take out my phone to scan the barcode while holding him, as it wasn't safe. I thought I would be able to do it when I got into the office, but I was in the medical room quickly and talking to the doctor. I called ************** to ask them about the ticket at which point they said they would be able to write a letter as proof that I was in the clinic and I would receive a refund. She advised me to call Indigo, which I did. The Indigo agent said that a letter or proof from the medical office would not matter and that ticket could not be voided, and the most they could do was reduce the ticket from $** to $**.Reducing the ticket was better than nothing, but this is still essentially **********. The medical office staff said they could provide proof that I was in the clinic, but this was refused, even though I was in the parking lot to use one of the businesses designated by Indigo.

    I was attending my friends **** birthday supper party at ****** ********** ************** Ave Calgary between * * **** PM on Friday May **/23. The only available parking was in the Indigo underground parking, attached to the Condo and retail buildings. The sign in the parking stall area said Free Parking 2 Hours, Retail shops. Take elevator to register your licence plate. There was no elevator anywhere near, I walked through the parkade until I reached the entry garage doors that my car entered through, walked up and outside, and went to the adjoining lobby desk in the attached building. Asked about the car licence needing to be registered to park. I was told that as long as I was there less than 2 hours and a customer of the attached shops/restaurants I could park, no problem. Parking was free. I kept my restaurant receipt in case I needed to prove I was a retail customer.I returned to my car less than 2 hours later (I left the birthday dinner early to insure I was on time for the parking time limit). When I got home I saw the Indigo parking notice on my windshield wiper. I phoned them immediately and left a voice mail. I then phoned back again today and spoke with them. Explained what happened. And that I am an elderly pensioner with no extra income to pay the $** ticket that I did not feel was fair, under the circumstances. Indigo does not care, they say I should know how to go on their app to pay (which I do not know) and that it is not their fault if the parkade signage is misleading, or that the desk person in the attached condo building gave me incorrect information (I thought I had found the Indigo desk). Indigo offered to have me pay $** dollars or else the would raise the ticket cost to $** and also put the ticket into collections agency and affect my credit rating. This is such cruel business practice, and even if I could afford to pay this Indigo ticket, I would not on a matter of principle. Ticket # *******

    Hi there,

    Indigo has responded to the customers dispute and offered a reduction of the notice. There is ample signage on the property giving direction of how the customer must register for parking. As there was no registration, the notice is valid but we offered a one time courtesy reduction which was not accepted. Indigo has closed this notice for dispute.

    I am rejecting this response because: If Indigo Parking is so heartless as to refuse to cancel this parking fine, after my clear explanation for why I did my best to register my car in the Free Parking spot, but still failed to do so, then I shall just not pay the ticket at all. I have no intention of ever using Indigo Parking services again. The company is living up to its reputation of having the worst ***************** and basically playing the 'Numbers Game' of scaring folks into paying their tickets, whether a particular ticket is fair or not, on threat of 'Collections' Action. Oh Well. You just keep on 'being you' Indigo.

    Hi - I've tried unsuccessfully to reach Indigo Parking, both via phone (left VM) and online - continuous errors to 'try again later.'I parked in an Indigo lot with validated parking offered by a restaurant. I received a ticket - though I have the Credit Card Charge to show that we were in fact dining at the restaurant. $** and now $**CAD is a steep charge for not double-checking that the information we entered on the machine was confirmed.Any assistance would be appreicated.Thanks.

    Notice #: *******. I received a parking notice from Indigo at **** pm on Apr *** 2023. Location: *******************************. I went to visit my friend's apartment (************** **) and parked in the visitor's parking lot #*** around **** p.m. It was 10 hours free visitor parking after registration. I was unable to register my plate on the Indigo website after parking, it keeps reporting errors. So I decided to go to my friend condo first and then ask her to finish the registration for me. About 10 minutes later my friend and I went downstairs to finish registration but already received parking notice. I have attempted to contact Indigo Parking via phone but nobody answer it. This result was caused by errors on the Indigo website and was received notice less than 15 minutes after parking. I have done my best to complete the visitor parking registration and the time between parking and receiving the notice is too short. Your assistance is requested!

    I am a member at a gym ** *********** ******** *** (lot ***) in ***** **** and i park at the Indigo lot but we have the right to park there for free as there is an agreement with the gym. Today i got a ticket between the moment I parked and punching my plate number into the Indigo screen at the gym. 5 min it takes me to enter the gym.Training at 11 am - ticket at 10:57.Got a previous ticket because i went straight to my personal trainer to be on time. I have proof of both training sessions recorded at the gym.I dont park there any other time. There is free parking a block away for any other times which i use if in the area.The point is, i have the right to park there during gym sessions and proof i was there.I tried to call and i have to wait forever to get someone to answer and end up with a recorded message.

    I have received a couple of tickets from back in 2021 that have been sent collections. That was a period of time where you guys were just installing the system and it was faulty, at that time I spoke with one of your reps and it was cleared out. It turns out that it didn't. I spoke with a lady over the phone this morning and she was extremally rude and hung up the phone on me. It is not ethical nor professional. This is a matter that effects peoples life's and credit record and your resp are screaming at people over the phone just not ok. I NEED to speak to manager and get this resolved ASAP.
