I'm profoundly disappointed with Knight over a water softener install. I ended up having to cancel my work order the THIRD time they tried to reschedule the job. In my first request I mentioned that some pipe would need to be run from one utility room to another in order to do bypasses. I was quoted a price that included the running of the pipe and the bypasses and an installation date was scheduled. The installation date came and I got a call that the technician was sick and they rescheduled for the following day. The following day the technician came but he was unprepared to run the pipe like I had mentioned in my first contact. The service call was aborted. I then received notice that another $1500 was necessary to run the pipe even though I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT THE ORIGINAL PRICE INCLUDED THE RUNNING OF THE PIPE AND THE BYPASSES (I have emails backing all of this up). I reluctantly agreed and installation was scheduled a week later. A week later comes around and I get a call that the technician is sick and they need to reschedule for 3 days out. I request to talk to a supervisor. I wait an hour, no call. I call in again and it seems that nobody put any notes on my file to have a supervisor call me because this second person I'm talking to asked me if I knew the name of the first person I talked to (I didn't). A supervisor does eventually call me and I explain the situation but they can't get anyone to do the work this day. At this point I don't believe they're ever going to show up and do the work so I tell them to cancel the work order - I'll find someone else to do the job. I do realize people get sick but after two delays already and Knight requesting another reschedule I'd had enough (especially after the price was increased after I'd received confirmation).Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

I had Knight Plumbing and *** ******* out to fix leaking toilets as well as replace a leaking shower valve. Very happy with the work. *** is very straight and tells you what needs to be done, no more or less. He cleaned up after the work very well. Will use again! **** did a great job troubleshooting our AC Condensor Fan not running.Confirmed original Capacitor was OK. Found Contactor had failed. Replaced Contactor, assembled unit and got the fan running. Thank-you for the quick repair.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

He was very thorough and efficient in completing the job and made sure that we understood what he found in our attic and the operation of the fan.
