I was told by ****** when I booked a plumber the callout fee was $99, and $135 per hour after based on the portion of the hour spent. When the plumber arrived on July 8th he said it would cost $400 to change out the kitchen taps and replace a water shutoff valve that leaked. I told him the hourly rate I was quoted when I booked. He said they had new management or a new owner. I asked him to phone his manager and straighten it out but he didn't. He said either I pay the $400 or he would leave. I foolishly said I would phone the management and sort it out afterward and to do the work. He tried to engage my wife and I in conversation telling us about various plumbing issues in his past. It was so bad my wife had to leave the room so he would stop talking and do the work. In spite of his trying to chat, he finished the job at 1.05 pm (started at *****). This amounts to 1.5 hours @$135 =$202.50. I phoned Knight right away and talked to ***** who said it shouldn't have been a fixed price but the hourly rate I was quoted. She said she would pass it on to management. I phoned again the next day raised the issue with ****** who said a manager would call me within 2 business days. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they couldn't. I phoned Knight again July 11th and was told by ******** that I should have been charged the hourly rate and usually they waive the callout fee if the charge isn't small. Everyone at Knight I spoke to agrees I was not charged properly but four business days have passed and no-one has contacted me to straighten this out.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Great service from ********* and **** on the install of our new Hot Water tank , its never a Fun spend so to speak but nice to work with a company that is efficient and quick as well as down right courteous!Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

********** took the time to show me what the problem was and explained everything in detail. He fixed the faucet effectively and efficiently. He showed me how the faucet and all the parts go back together. He showed me where all the shut off valves are so I know what to do in case of emergency. He helped me understand that the lines will have air in them and to prime them. He asked if there was anything else he could help with.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

It took three tries to get them to respond to my email when I had issues concerning the duct cleaning they did for us, They would however have been happy to charge me for them to come back. I wouldn't use them again.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Have just had my annual furnace check up from Knight Plumbing and Heating. **** was pleasant, efficient and took the time to let me know exactly what he did and why he had no concerns.
