Preparing for fall and cooler temperatures I turned my thermostat to the heat setting. Nothing happened; the furnace did not come on. My townhouse is less than 3 years old, I am the only owner and didnt have any issues previously. I researched online and from all the choices I decided on Knight Plumbing, Heating, A/C and Furnace Cleaning. My first contact by phone with a lady in the office was very positive. She was friendly, listened to my concerns and booked an appointment for a Tech to come to my home. On the scheduled date ***** arrived promptly after calling to confirm 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain things to me; what he was doing, why, and how my furnace, thermostat and humidifier work. He found the problem, fixed it and tested all the components to make sure there were no other issues. As well he took the time to share info on various furnace filters. This was most welcome as I live in a new area in the ** part of the city and with all the construction around me, the furnace filter has been getting so dirty quickly and I didnt understand why. Knight will be my first choice to call when needed for any of the services they offer. I recommend them highly and ***** in particular.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Had a new water softner installed. Installer was right on time and was very efficient and spent time to explain the new softner features and proper way to check the machine on a regular basis. A1 job.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

The Technician, **** did a great job with the annual furnace inspection and brought my attention I had "Blower Fan" with some issues, which he replaced. Very professional and did a great job! Very satisfied!Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Had Knight come look at one of my AC units. They explained everything to me and weighed out the PTO and cons of fixing vs replacing. Ended up getting a new unit. Very punctual on install day.
