Knight Plumbing was responsive, on time and fixed my issue quickly on the weekend. They clearly communicated options and costs and kept me informed the entire time. The service tech was helpful, friendly and did a great job.

Knight Plumbing checked out our furnace and did a vent and duct cleaning. Both services were a very positive experience. Technicians were professional and friendly. I called on a Friday night, Dec 23 around 8 pm, after trying 2 other plumbing places who were non-responsive. The phone was answered by a live person who then dispatched me to ****************** who called me promptly; we facetimed and I showed him the issues. He showed me the cost before the work was completed so there were no surprises. The problem was fixed with courtesy and professionalism first thing the next morning. My furnace gave out last week on one of the coldest nights. Called first thing in the morning and they squeezed me in that morning. **** (technician) arrived and assessed the problem and had me up and running in a couple hours. **** was very professional and awesome as was the representative when I called in the morning. My water heater tank boke and replaced by Knight Plumbing on Dec 24, 2022.The technician who responded was very competent and professionally did the job.He was very careful not to cause any damage to the floors or any part of my house.*** was very courteous to me as a customer.Overall I think the technician did an excellent job.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning
