We had a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater installed in our home. The guys were punctual, pleasant and fast. The work area was clean and tidy after the work was completed; Our technician explained the workings of each new piece to us and made sure we felt confident about their use and care. I had ***** come this morning to unplug my kitchen drain. He was prompt, and did his job well. He even tolerated me standing in the same room, asking a ton of questions.I would recommend this man, and the company he works for, ***** cleaned up very well before he left, which I really appreciated.Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

5 starsMy furnace was working but my house was not keep at the temp i set my thermostat. **** came and showed me how to manage the issue. Along with needing to get the proper filter type he tested everything, helped me figure out how to keep my humidifier set and properly working. He was fast, efficient and polite. He explained everything he was doing and what the results meant. I very much appreciate his professionalism. The service was great and the price was affortable. Amazing service. Repair for the coupler in my furnace was a good price, the repair man was super professional, he had the job done in no time flat and gave me a free quote for some other household inquires (same day service as well). Immediate assistance by Knight was booked quickly, was moved up in queue. Technician quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed right away drove across Calgary to get it and back, installed it quickly. Heat was back on in our house! I noticed that my bath tub faucet had started dripping on a Friday of course!I set up an appointment with Knight for the Monday. I was delighted when I got a call saying they could come Friday afternoon. ***** kindly fixed the hot faucet that dripped and the the cold as well. Perfect.
