      Bloomex.ca is a **** website . They are claiming to deliver designer quality flowers which is not true.I have order from that website which called " Designer sympathy collectio II, I called to order and couple if time I asked , " is it exactly as shown ?" The representative replied yes but vase is not included and you have to pay $10 extra.But what I received was notveven near to that photo. Very cheap flowers that I could buy from food basic for $10 and for the vase from dollar store. There was no roses and lilies. I paid $80 gor this scam flowers.Please don't order anything vfrom this site.One star is too much for this so called business.

      Have nothing but good things to say they have been wonderful arrangement was very excellently arranged exactly what i ordered never imagined that the buying flowers online would be such a time saving, rewarding experience as it was and the cost wasn't outrageous either.

      Terrible. Mother's flowers received on the Wednesday after mother's day, squished, broken and wilting/ brown. Went multiple emails as did my dad and not one response back from bloomex. Choose another florist.

      Would never recommend or use bloomex again. I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day. I was told she would receive them some time before 9pm. I spoke with 3 different people. I received an email, on mothers day, stating she would not be getting them until tuesday(2 days after mother's day). Had I known this while ordering, I would have used the flower shop I usually do every year. I called the company and said I don't want the flowers delivered I just want a refund. They refused, even though the new delivery date was 2 days away they refused giving me a refund. Complete lack of communication with the staff answering the phones as well as terrible customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

      Order ******** We ordered 2 dozen white roses for $129.00 (US) for my mother's funeral. On the Saturday prior to the service, the manager called me and advised that they did not have the two dozen roses...instead they could do a single rose/lily arrangement or a 2 dozen mixed colour roses bouquet. My mother hated lilies, so we asked for the 2 dozen mixed roses arrangement. On Sunday, the single rose, single lily (certainly not worth $129 US) arrangement was delivered, with a card that was meant for a different deceased person. I called immediately, and after repeated attempts (line cut off, long wait etc...) the individual at customer service did acknowledge that the mixed 2 dozen roses was to have been sent, but was not. He couldn't do anything to help us out and correct the error. I asked for a refund. He said it would be handled the following week. We went to Costco and picked up 2 dozen white roses; the funeral parlor helped us out by providing a vase. The unsuitable arrangement was not used. Overall a terrible experience, at one of the worst time in our life. WE have tried to contact Bloomex on several occasions, to date no refund has been provided.
