      Bouquet was nothing near what they had advertised as a sympathy bouquet Tried to solve the issue with them they did send another one but still not appropriate for a sympathy bouquet. They did not agree. Would not use them again , and will not recommend to anyone.There website does state *** not look the photo but the arrangement was to be all white with roses and lilies , had bright coloured Berber daises and purple flowers and vet little white.

      Extremely embarrassed with the product that was delivered and disappointed with every aspect of this business. I received a picture from the recipient of the flowers, it was nothing like the listing on the website nor did it follow the written description of the flowers that were supposed to be included. The flowers that were included were ***** wilted and haphazardly placed in the wrong vase. I called customer service multiple times, was repeatedly hung up on before even speaking to someone. Then I contacted customer service through email, including a picture of what was sent to the recipient. They repeatedly asked me for more pictures, I was not comfortable asking the recipient as this was a sympathy bouquet. Bloomex contacted me and stated that they saw nothing wrong with the flowers they delivered, and that they wouldnt try to fix the problem as they didnt see there was one. I am extremely upset at this situation, and embarrassed at the product delivered to my grieving friend. If I could give zero stars I would, please do yourself a favour and do not purchase from this website.
