      Amazing selection of fresh flowers and plants, beautifully arranged. Friendly staff provides excellent customer service. Prices are reasonable, and they offer creative designs for any occasion. Highly recommended for both casual and special events

      I ordered from this company a birthday bouquet and paid extra for it to be up sized to Deluxe Not only was it not delivered on her birthday but it was substituted for another Which I understand can happen. Their substitution policy states it may be substituted for an equal to or greater than product My issue is it was substituted with a much lower value of a bouquet. I tried to contact them to tell them I was not please and was told to send an email to which I received one back saying I would be contacted within 24 hours It has now been almost 70 hours later and still no contact from them I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone I also have pictures of what I ordered and what she received to prove my point

Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for any order that has already been prepared or is already out with the courier for delivery. Based on the photo we received, we can confirm that the order was sent with a substitution. Due to fluctuations in order volume, we reserve the right to substitute with similar products of equal or greater value. The following substitution rules apply:
      Flowers: In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used whenever possible, even if this requires substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
      As customer satisfaction is our top priority, we would like to offer a replacement order free of charge. Alternatively, we can send a gift basket of equal value or issue a full price store credit that the customer can use at any time in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
