      Thank you Bloomex for my mom, sister, and cousins' beautiful flower arrangements. And for the edibles as well. They have said they loved them and will order from you now. I myself will order multiple edible arrangements for my friends and my coworkers. Thanks again

      I started an order for a flower delivery and couldnt locate the updated address I needed for the delivery and ended the order process.Bloomex charged the amount for the flowers I was order to my credit card, without me knowing and without a completed order, and then refused to refund the charge.Apparently they have set up the on-line form to capture your credit card info before you complete the order and once you click to the next section after the credit card info is added, it automatically charges your credit card for the amount.HORRIBLE customer service and what really amounts to a ********** ******* *****

      I would prefer to give zero stars for this Business. I am so sad to have had such a disappointing experience, and believe others need to know. What you see is not exactly what you get. I had ordered a very special arrangement for my daughters birthday. I paid almost $70.00 for the flower arrangement, but what was received was ENTIRELY different. No vase included, just a bouquet of mostly greenery with two wilting roses, tulips, daisies, etc. A very cheap arrangement to say the least! When I contacted Bloomex, they apologized several times, said that the picture of the bouquet I sent to them was standard to have orders changed if products are not sufficient to fulfil an order. I was not contacted to let me know that they were not able to fulfil my order as requested, but even worse, they feel that the exchange of flowers is within their rights. They offered a '20.00 in-store deduction' on any future purchases. Buyer beware! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau with regard to this issue. Rest assured, I will not be dealing with this company ever again. The $20.00 deduction will not be used by me or my family nor my friends. Once bitten!

      Bloomex flowers are clearly not as advertised. I paid $90 dollars for love and laughter which included delivery and vase. It clearly was totally different from advertised and only about 15 flowers with some greenery as opposed to the full beautiful vase of flowers that were advertised. It was a gift for a relative living in ****** . I am very dissatisfied and on top of that I was made to pay an extra $15 for delivery as they had not been able to get hold of my relative and returned the flowers back to the factory. I have ordered flowers in the past from a different company and have been more than satisfied. In my opinion Bloomex is a *** *** and needless to say will not be ordering flowers from them again. It was a complete waste of money with poor customer service. Buyers beware.

      DO NOT USE! They took it upon themselves to change what was ordered to something else without notice. The message that was sent was NOT included in the delivery. The person who I spoke to tried to read me the message when I contacted them. They failed to apologize for the error until called out. Customer Service was poor. Communication was poor. Their attempt to resolve the issue was to give me $20 store credit although I have no intention of ever doing business with them.What should have been a special event turned into a nightmare, thanks to Bloomex. (My husband ordered me 2doz red roses for our anniversary. I received what looked like funeral flowers. The customer service received after was horrific to say the least)I will not recommend this business to my worse enemy!!!!

      I ordered flowers for my best friend to lift her spirits and was so excited to find a beautiful lavender bouquet on the website. Once received, I saw that it looked nothing like the picture on the website where the picture had included a few lavender roses and the bouquet received only had one rose in a very different color. The flowers were in poor condition and when I advised the company by showing them pictures of what was received, they said they're within their policies and apologize for my unfortunate experience but at the end of the day, was not willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never buy flowers from here again >:( Please save your money!!! There are so many other competent florists who care about their customers, Bloomex definitely isn't one of them.

      Ordered a mothers day bouquet and added a vase as an addition. What I thought I was getting was a beautiful arrangement with lilies and hydrangea and what I received had neither of those included and the vase had been broken during transport ($10 additional fee). When I wrote to complain the best they could do was give me a store credit for the inconvenience.So second order I put in to use the store credit I ended up paying an additional $27 (store credit only covers products and not shipping) and when the day came for my flowers to be delivered I get a call at 12:00pm saying that they cannot deliver to the physical address that I provided. I live in a smaller community where most of my mail gets delivered to a post office box however I have had things delivered to the house before when I use my physical address or it gets sent to the courier pick up place designated in town. Their customer service has been terrible giving the same canned replies every time I complain. Would not waist your time or hard earned money on this company. They run a good scam promising beautiful products and just do not deliver.
