      Did not receive flowers I ordered on their website instead we got a small arrangement of flowers paid extra for a vase that arrived to my stepdaughters hospital bed side broken water all over her hospital tray. We paid 77.24 for what we thought were going to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Emailed company there reply is the flowers they sent are the same ones I ordered that they shifted in transit. I would never buy flowers or refer this company to anyone read Bloomex reviews I,m sorry I didn,t check more on this company as I was in a hurry to send flowers to my stepdaughter in hospital.

      The ordered bouquet of flowers was to be a mixture of roses, carnations, chrysanthemums and greenery, in purple tones. What was sent looks worse than I bought them at Walmart and has nothing to do with purple tones. Everything was crammed into a plain brown cardboard box. I paid CAD $ 62.97 for the flowers I was embarrassed with. I’m an amputee in a wheelchair and can’t shop where I like. That's why I ordered in an interview with a representative of Bloomex, to ensure the correct order. I didn't have to try, I could buy better flowers on *****

      I called and arranged to have roses delivered on Friday June 24 to my father's grave , l was told by bloomex they would be delivered and a picture of the grave with the roses would be emailed .l received a text stating that there was no such person at the cemetery which upset me as l am in ******* and the cemetery is in *******,l called and was assured by cemetery there was not an issue ,l attempted to contact bloomex ask for solution ,they kept insisting that they would be delivered ,received text few hours later saying delivery on its way ,next day nothing had been delivered ,called and requested refund they refused and l explained l was disappointed and didn't want their service as the occasion had been now missed which was sad because l wanted my deceased father to have the flowers on that specific date ,again today they tried to tell me the driver attempted delivery today and spoke to office and was told no such person was buried there no only ridiculous but a lie as l called and their office is closed on weekends and that type of information would not have been available. I have sent emails and try to call but get transferred and then call is dropped simply want a refund and would never use this service again, customer service is lacking sensitivity

      Absolutely horrid customer service. I went to get a price quote for delivering flowers, put in my credit card information as I needed to do that before I could get delivery rates included. They ended up charging my card! Even though I did not complete check out! Then they tell me they are only able to refund me store credit because I did not call to cancel within an hour?! I'm never going to use them again. Now I have to go through my credit card company to remove it from my statement. This company is a straight up ****! DO NOT USE

      I absolutely loved the customer service and ample selections to choose from. My sister received her gift in a timely fashion and had no complaints. Definitely a five star experience. I recommend highly
