      Terrible service and kept getting the address wrong. I talked to them several times and they kept postponing delivery until the next day and verbally saying the wrong address. We are yet to receive delivery. Its been 3 days. Charged 2 delivery charges at this point. My 76 year old mother will sit at home again from 8am-9pm again as that is the window. Absolutely ridiculous.

      BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend's birthday at an Airbnb, specifically for the day of her birthday on the Saturday. I even called and spoke to a representative the day I ordered to confirm everything and requested that the flowers be delivered earlier in the day, everything seemed fine. The flowers did not arrive. I tried calling the number on the confirmation email and it went to a dead end. That's when I started feeling suspicious ESPECIALLY because I was not provided a tracking number (the email had a spot for the tracking number but no tracking number was provided in the email). So I decided to do a Google search. That's when I saw the pages and pages of people reporting being ******* by Bloomex, there are reddit threads, news articles, websites, all warning NOT to order from Bloomex. Kicking myself for not doing research prior. I called Bloomex the next morning and they said "we can't do anything now because it's with the courier" when I explained my friend will no longer be at the address because they are checking out, the representative put me on hold to go "contact the courier", and came back and said "its in transit". That's when I asked for the tracking number, since the representative would have access to that since they just spoke to the courier, but he started fumbling his words saying, "yes I have it, I mean no I don't". That's when the **** was confirmed for me. They've now been emailing me saying that the address was outside of their delivery zone, and there was a problem with the address. None of which was communicated to me until AFTER I complained. I have now received a tracking number, and it's still "in transit", it's now Monday. They promised something and didn't deliver and have offered 0 resolution, which seems to be the consensus among every REAL review. My question is why is this company still in business?? People are being ******* by them daily. BBB PLEASE do something. They need to be shut down.

      I am very pleased with the level of customer service that was provided to me after a few minor issues. I received updates everyday on my order up until it was delivered. My wife was very pleased with the arrangement of flowers. Thank you for making us happy, I look forward to keep on putting a smile on my wife's face through Bloomex. You are the best.

      I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day....it is now the 26th and still no flowers. I have called 4 times, and spoke to 4 online chat agents. I cannot ask for a refund because my CC has now been compromised. At least they could send some type of correspondence letting their customers know what is going on with their order.....Never again will I use this company, I am surprised they can still operate with all these complaints which seem to be for the same thing. I will also hazard a guess that those 5 star reviews are from their own employees.......
