      My family have used this company on 4 different occasions and am finding it difficult how they manage to stay in business for the following reasons:1. My daughter and son ordered a Mothers Day flower arrangement that was 1) not what they ordered at all as described on their website; 2) Was paltry and dying when I opened it; 3) was delivered a day ahead of the ordered delivery date;2. My family ordered a funeral arrangement for a nephew that 1) was not at all what was ordered on the website; 2) contained inappropriate flowers for the cut flowers not an arrangement; 3) were only delivered when the company was contacted and asked where they were as the funeral was the next day and they had not arrived; 4) were also dead and dried out and actually shedding their petals all over the place;3) I personally ordered an arrangement to be sent to my daughter on the birth of a grandson and once again the arrangement was not what I ordered at all and was dried and falling apart.4) As a joint group, my family sent a basket to my mother for her birthday which was supposed to contain at least 15 varied items of chocolate, etc. When it arrived, there were two packets of Lindt 3 chocolates. When called, Bloomex advised that 6 of the items in the basket were part of the 15 varied items. So, so paltry.The least I can say is please be warned about this. I have pictures to prove all of the above. When Bloomex was contacted about the issues noted explanations received were inadequate and very little satisfaction was provided. NEVER, NEVER again!!!!!!!!!! BE FOREWARNED!

      HORRIBLE! I recently placed an order online for Mother's Day - My order was placed on Thu May 9 for a delivery on May 10th. I paid an extra 19.98$ for them to be delivered on Friday. No Flowers delivered - Sunday still no flowers delivered. It's Tuesday and the website still says in transit with no tracking number. I requested that my 19.98$ be refunded and I keep getting a run around saying they had a busy weekend - or peak season. Yet if they knew they were busy they should not offer the option to pay extra for next day. I have now read so many nasty comments about this company and regret my purchase. I'm disappointed and for companies to take people's money and not deliver as promised is WRONG! The online chat feature is a joke .. BBB - this company needs to be reviewed and shut down!

      Horrible service and gas station flowers. Apparently this is a problem. Wish I had done my research. As it is we are just upset we fell for this **** of a company. Shame on them.

      Im very pleased with the level of customer service this business has and how fast my delivery was. It is beyond exceptional. Flowers were very fresh and everyone is definitely on top of their game and put their standards for business and their customers very high! Id definitely recommend

      I recently had an issue with an out of province funeral order that upset me given the reason I sent the flowers. However, Bloomex went above and beyond offering me an in store credit or the opportunity to send my friend an additional ****** free of charge. Although I wish the mix up had not happened I will definitely continue to order from Bloomex because of their excellent customer service.*************************** ***********
