Firefly Solar was awesome to work with. You can tell right away they take pride in their workthe installation was super clean and professionally done. No shortcuts, no mess. What impressed me most, though, was how much they actually know about solar. They walked me through everything, answered all my (probably annoying) questions, and made sure I understood what I was getting. Its clear theyre not just installerstheyre experts. Firefly has one of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They are responsive, helpful, and most importantly respectful. There was some complications and confusion between my partner and I but the team at firefly was super helpful and guided us throughly throughout the whole process.
