We had our system installed a couple weeks back, quite a bit ahead of the original date which we were told it would be installed so we're very pleased by the efficiency and speed that Firefly was able to take care of us! That being said, every step in this process, from the initial call to set up our install, to the install crew themselves, as well as the gentleman overseeing the install at our house, were very smooth. The work they did on our house was very clean, and Did not affect the aesthetics really at all which I'm thankful for. Everything was explained very clearly so that we could understand how the app worked and how the system itself works with our house. We were even given a checklist sheet that shows all the steps that were completed and any remaining steps that needed to be done. And from what I could see, the crew had high safety standards while completing the work on our home. Overall, everyone was very professional and courteous, and I did not feel left in the dark during the process. Highly recommend Firefly as a local solar provider here in AB!Firefly Solar
