They were very helpful in getting solar set up. Any part of the process I was confused with they helped me out immediately. My rep ******* and whoever theyve got answering the phones are very friendly, someone was always available to help. I have solar now!Firefly Solar

Really enjoying my 12kW system from Firefly Solar! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. My sales **** *******, was honest, helpful, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Had a really good experience with Firefly Solar. ******* was my sales **** and he was super helpful and honest from the start. He made everything easy to understand and was there every step of the way. The company was quick with the install, and everything went smoothly. Can I give them a ZERO-star Rating. I am more than disgusted with all the interactions of this company. I was frustrated right away as there was no follow up. Out of frustration I went to the Head office here in *******. The reception was less than friendly. The person I spoke to said yah NO his salesmen Was making promises of warrantee or Guarantee That were not accurate. I tried to follow along with the emails to proceed with the install in good faith, but I seem to be hitting roadblocks again and again. I have lost all trust of this company. I then noticed I was getting money taken from my account. I had told them right up front I would not proceed with anything unless I was approved. $1000. + ten months I have been paying and today is the second time I asked the Finance company to stop and refund my money. It's been a year since I first spoke to them, and I have Nothing at all except the Promise of a company I wouldn't recommend to anyone!Firefly Solar
