      Biggest scam artists in history. Cancelled my flight, did not provide me with hotel, meals, flight replacement to make it to work event or refund to allow me to book another airlines. **************** line is a 1-3 hour wait and calls frequently drop while you are on hold, forcing you to call back and be the end of the line. **************** gave email addresses out that bounced back as undeliverable, *********************** denied the Govt mandated penalties that they are required to pay. Rebooked my flight for date PAST my return flight and then charged me 100% penalty for a flight that I did not book in the first place. EPIC. Incurred major financial loss that I cannot recoup and done immeasurable damage to my busines.. I would trust buying a set of steaks from a guy in a trench coat in the grocery store parking lot ahead of booking a flight at flyflair.com

      The world worst flyer ever and had bad service if I went to bathroom the service will better. They customer service are stupid they dont even what to do at all. Ever in my lifetime I will take them for a trip I then drive Place in ****** than fly with flair airlines. It star rate is 0 of 10

      I booked Flair Airlines from ********* to ******* on August 19 at 3:10 pm flight, when I checked in, I realized my boarding pass showed my flight changed to 7:10 am without notice. I have an important meeting in the morning! The customer service cannot do anything!

      My elderly mother with limited mobility flew out of ****** to Halifax 08/18/2023 1:15pm. We had the wheelchair service added to her profile and the young lady who escorted my mom in ****** through security and to her gate was FANTASTIC. She was polite and respectful-Flair should be proud of this employee. She even wheeled my mom to washroom and stayed with her carryon bag before going to gate for loading.HOWEVER when my mom got to Halifax the Flair employee escorting her in wheelchair was NOT very respectful and she actually ABANDONNED my mother and carryon in washroom and didn't return. My 71 year old mother had to push her own wheelchair and luggage from washroom to pickup point where her friend was meeting her to leave airport. That is absolutely brutal!! This employee needs to be spoken to and retrained. Because of the abandonment my mother accidentally left her cane in washroom and has to buy a new one.FLAIR- Teach your employees to respect and be patient with EVERYONE and definitely with elderly.Let's hope trip back is better!

      Worst fly of my life I had the worst experience flying with this airline. My wife and I were leaving ********* for ******* on flight number 600 at 11:15 pm. At 9:30 pm, we handed over our luggage and got a flight card by presenting our driver's licenses. At 10:45 pm when boarding, the gate agent told us that my wife's driver's license had expired and he could not allow my wife to board the plane. In addition to this card, my wife had her driving instructor's card which issuedby ICBC, which was without a photo, along with several bank cards, and she wanted to show it, but the agent, who was a relatively young man, did not pay attention to our words at all and only spoke about himself; which will not allow my wife to fly. If the agent had told us during check-in and baggage delivery that my wife's driver's license had expired, we would have had time to ask my daughter to bring us another ID, but they told us this at the last minute. In addition to us, several other people had this problem. And no one paid any attention to what I said that I want to talk to your manager. In the end, I boarded the plane alone and my wife had to buy another ticket and flew the next morning and stayed at the ***************** for more than six hours. Arriving in *******, she was in a very bad mood and by the time after 2 days I write this review, she is still not back to normal.

      On a direct flight from ******** to *******, Flair lost our duffle bag with camping gear and full climbing kit. In Calagary, we completed a PIR form, went to our AirBnB, and returned to the airport the next day hoping it would arrive on the next day's flight. Nothing. "Please complete a PIR form," we were told, as they had no record of the one we completed the day before!?Long story short, we were promised call backs, emails, etc. We got nothing. When we flew out of *******, we double checked to see if it was with Flair luggage services. Nothing. When we returned to ******** we sat in the airport an additional 90 minutes waiting for them to check the lost luggage lockers. Nothing.Flair in ******* blamed it on Flair in ********. Flair in ******** blamed it on Flair in *******. No offer of compensation, just excuses from well mannered agents about being third party contractors, how regrettable and inconvenient this must be, etc.Twenty two days later, Flair (in ********) calls to say, "We have your bag. Would you like to pick it up or shall we ***** it?" We opted for ***** as we live 2.5 hours away. Guess what? Nothing. No email with a ***** tracking number. No duffle delivered. No nothing.It's been almost two weeks since that exchange and now their latest is a request for an itemized list of the contents and the original receipts for those items. Seriously, it's lost again? Was it ever really found? UPS, ***** and Amazon handle how many packages per day, and you can't put my big orange duffle on a direct flight to *******, let alone find it after you lose it?Should the duffle ever magically appear at our door, I will update this review. In the meantime, I strongly discourage anyone and everyone from flying with Flair.

      This stupid airline sent a cancellation a day before our scheduled flight. I have to cancell all the reservations like car, hotel and ******* rides and paid the penalties.
