1 starFlair changed my flights and it impacted my trip. They said I had the option to cancel and get a refund. Went ahead and cancelled the flights. Didnt get a refund. Was told it could take 30 days.We are at the 30 day **** and still nothing. It appears this is now becoming commonplace.I have called and emailed with no updates. 2 starsI recently had the displeasure of flying with Flair Airlines, and I must say, I am utterly disappointed with the *****-pinching tactics they've resorted to since the announcement of the upcoming closure of their competitor, Swoop. It's almost as if they are trying to squeeze every last ***** out of their customers before the inevitable.Firstly, the whole ordeal with personal item and carry-on luggage sizing at the gate is beyond annoying. It's clear that they are using this as an opportunity to force passengers into paying for an upgrade. Having to stuff your personal items into that unforgiving sizing device before boarding feels like a slap in the face, and it puts your personal belongings at risk of being damaged. It's a shame that they've stooped so low as to exploit this situation for their own gain.But that's not all. Flair Airlines seems to have adopted a new strategy of deliberately seating people on the same reservation at opposite ends of the plane. This underhanded move is clearly an attempt to entice passengers into paying extra for seats that are actually sitting together. It's not just *****; it's downright deceptive and disrespectful to their customers.It's not just the recent *****-pinching tactics that have left me frustrated with Flair Airlines. They also have a troubling history of being frequently delayed by three hours or more. It's almost as if they have no regard for their passengers' time and schedules.The inconvenience of these lengthy delays cannot be understated. It disrupts travel plans, causes missed connections, and adds stress to what should be a straightforward journey.It's quite evident that Flair Airlines is going downhill fast, and not in a good way. Even for a budget airline, their recent behavior is inexcusable. I would strongly advise anyone considering flying with them to think twice and explore other options. 1 starFlair canceled my flight (the entire route), well ahead of the actual flight, so no real complaints there. The issue is that they will not return my money. First I was told **** business days. No credit. So I contacted them. Then was told up to 30 days. They said they sent the credit but some banks can take 30 days to refund. I've never heard of this before. So waited the 3p days, knowing I wasn't getting the credit. After 30 days, I contacted Flair again they said they sent the credit and wait another 30 days. This is absurd. I contacted my bank, *** and they confirmed nothing was sent and made it sound like this was common. They put in a dispute and Flair has 60 days to reply. Again absurd, this whole process. It's been 2 months and I haven't received my refund. I'd love to know how much money they are keeping from customers. Some people probably just give up or forget about the refund. 1 starI had an absolutely terrible experience with Flair Airlines that I simply cannot overlook. Let me break down the reasons why this airline is, in my opinion, the worst option out there:Appalling ***************** My encounter with ********************' customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. I reached out for assistance, and an Indian woman (though her ethnicity shouldn't matter) rudely hung up on me. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable.Flight Cancellation Chaos: Imagine arriving at the airport, excited about your upcoming trip, only to find out that your flight has been canceled without any prior notice or explanation. Flair Airlines managed to do just that. Not only did they cancel my flight, but they also offered no help or alternative solutions. I was left stranded and forced to book with another airline, incurring additional expenses.Marooned in ********: The horror continued when I spent a grueling 24 hours stranded at the ******** airport with my girlfriend. We had no money, no support, and absolutely no assistance from Flair Airlines. It's an understatement to say that this was an absolutely nightmarish ordeal.Consistent Delays: My past experiences with Flair Airlines have been equally disastrous. Delay after delay has become a common theme with this airline. They seem incapable of adhering to any sort of schedule, leaving passengers frustrated and exhausted.In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering Flair Airlines to think twice. This airline has demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer care. If I had the time and energy, I would definitely pursue legal action against this company. 1 starIf I could Id give zero or even negative stars. Avoid Flair Airlines if you can. Flight initially booked 5months prior take off. Got delayed several times to late night on the day of travel and then cancelled. No accommodation possible the next day or the day after due to long weekend. Over a month later, I am still waiting for my refund. Contacted customer service several times. Supposedly a refund was processed by Flair a day after, yet my financial institution/credit card has no record 30 plus days later. Yet Flair blames it on the financial institution and isnt willing to investigate on their end what happened to my refund. Worst experience ever! Dealing with Westjet or Air Canada in comparison is a pleasant experience.Review fromRyan P

1 starBooked two flights by accident, ******* to ******* and ******* to *******- both of which were at like 19:00 except they were both on the same date. realized the mistake and cancelled the incorrect one and booked the proper one- called the "service" center and was promptly told even though I immediately cancelled and rebooked That there is an 84$ cancellation fee. they would not budge or were helpful in any regard- would not let me speak with a manager or anything. I have flown on Flair many times and was going to continue that trend until this happened. They can kiss my business goodbye.Review fromE. W. W

1 starPurchased my Flair Air ticket in Feb for a June trip. 2 weeks before trips says my flight has been cancelled. Never offered an alternative. 4 months later still waiting on refund. Contacted customer service who says they have no contact with the ************* WTF? Anyhow, I have to continue to wait and hope it comes soon as legal action is next up!Review fromMJ B

1 starBasically a giant scam masquerading as an airline.Partner booked a one way flight (return leg of a trip) with Flair via a third party travel agency/provider (had I known I would have told her to cancel it immediately)Flight was delayed by several hours, then ultimately cancelled late at night shortly before it was due to take off on the rescheduled time. The reason given by the gate staff was flight crew staffing issues.Flair supplied invalid/non-functional hotel and meal vouchers to the third party and was unable to rectify this.Replacement flight was booked for 2 days later which also didn't work.Was told to contact Flair's compensation department via email who gave us the run around with various excuses of the email/phone numbers not matching (due to the way the third party provider books it) but then completely changed their reasoning once all of the information was provided. All of a sudden now it's been determined that the flight was cancelled due to "*** Airport Safety Issues" outside of the airlines control, however Flair refuses to actually provide any further detail on this so we can verify it independently and will now only reply with a canned response of if we disagree we need to dispute this via the CTA.Their call center is outsourced and has zero ability to really help (or even want to help) with anything like this, so there really is no recourse other than the CTA.Just don't risk it... if you book on Flair and your flight actually goes, you win.If not it's just going to result in a mind boggling display of excuses, incompetence and straight up lies.Review fromJesse H

1 starI booked a flight for our principal sponsor and she is our emcee as well for our wedding and on that say of her flight flair airlines cancelled the flight and no notice given to their clients and just said it will refunded through points. I dont need their points I need them to refund my money cuz I booked another plane ticket worth of $492. Its very inconvenient and irresponsible to do such actions to their clients. And I called the flight hun cuz thats where I booked my ticket they said they will raised this complaint to flair airlines but they cant guarantee anything like how irresponsible, unethical and unreliable to do that to their clients.
