      Worst airline. Very unethical. They lie about reason for cancelling and they use it so that they don't refund the customers. Why do they get away with it when they have over ****** complaints submitted to CTA already.

      this airline is the worst in the world. They will not under any circumstances return money after you have paid in full . I have written 11 letters over the past 19 months and 8 emails, (some get responded too, the other not, about 1/2 get a reply). rude customer service, same rely every time, READ THE FINE PRINT, is what they tell you and they will not ever offer a refund for any reason. Never never use Flair air, you will regret it....

      Running some scam and unfair practice. - I purchased ***************** and assigned seat, but when I was checking in the seat was unassigned and I had to pay for it again even more than the first time. **************** is just non existent, wait time ridiculous and u cant speak to anyone. I have to fly for a meeting so had no choice but to proceed with paying again to ensure i d get the seat on that plane. Total scam

      They charged for a luggage twice and wouldn't refund the extra charge. For $79 they are willing to lose a future repeat customer.

      Avoid Flair at any cost. They charged 97 dollars from my credit card without any reason and not even refunding. It has been over 6 months now. Also they cancelled my flight at the last minute and there was no one to assist us with anything. Theyre not even paying for my return flight that I had to book. They are thieves.

      I have flown Flair at least 10 times now maybe more, my family and my friends now too. I flew to ******** this morning. At boarding time 7:25 am is when I realized I didn't have my id with me. I called my son in ****** and he raced over. It took him 33 minutes. They waited for him, he handed my ID to security they ran it over to the gate and I was boarded by 8:00, departure was 8:15! They were all so awesome and helpful. This was out of the ****************. I am extremely grateful.

      Don't fly with Flair airline - I was on an emergency trip to visit my daughter who was sick but the Gate attendant left me at the gate until the plane took off. Don't trust your lives with this airline. They treat passengers like a herd.It's a Chaos. Very bad management.

      Avoid this airline at all costs. When they lose your luggage and they will. You will not be reimbursed, they will give you BS excuses for months and even years from what *** found out. This company is based out of *****, yes *****. They dont give a c*** about anyones luggage. You can not talk to any human at this company. It is against their policy to talk to customers.

      Absolutely disgusting customer service. They lost my bags and have done nothing to help. My entire vacation is ruined and I have lost so much money. I have important medication in my luggage and they are doing nothing to help - not even responding to many emails. They will not tell me when I can expect my bags or if they are lost completely. No one was at the baggage carousel to let everyone know where the bags are. No response or help from airline.
