1 starI don't understand how they are able to advertise a price when selecting dates ans when you select that date they have a different price altogether. if they are out of that particular fare price then advertise the price that's available instead of wasting peoples time trying to figure out why the price shown doesn't reflect the same price.Review fromMichelle H

Disgusting business practice. It is not acceptable to delay so many flights consistently or cancel on people. Even though something is lower price, this should not result in horrendous customer support and care. This is a rip off and I will never be using this provider again. Do NOT fly Flair !!!I booked a flight to ****** from *************** return in beginning of March 2023 for a flight june 1,2023-june 8,2023. Last minute they sent me an email cancelled my flight with no reasonable solution! They offered to fly me to ******* which is a 5 hour drive away- and had no flights connecting ******* to ****** !!! So, last minute I had to pay 3 times the price to fly an alternate airline to ****** !!! They did nothing to compensate me- and they have kept my money and still havent refunded me!! I had to contact my credit card company to file a claim dispute to get my money back- theyre thieves ! They should have offered me something- and at the minimum- given me back my money promptly!!Flair Airlines

I have never experienced such displeasure working with an airline. not only do the check and employees at the *************** discriminate against racial and cultural minorities but they made sure to be ** rude and as disrespectful as possible in the process. the employees that I had the displeasure of working with are *** ******** *** ********.Flair Airlines

1 starI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your flight attendants on my flight from ******** to ******* on June 11, 2023. The flight attendant was rude, unprofessional and discriminatory towards me and my family.The flight attendant approached ** and asked for my 21-month-old baby's age in a very impolite tone. When my wife answered, she questioned her again and demanded to see her ID. My wife had to show her ID to prove that our baby was 21 months old and not over 2 years old, as if we were trying to hide her age or avoid buying a ticket. My wife explained that we had already shown her ID to security, boarding and check-in staff.Later, the same flight attendant came back and asked us if we knew how to hold our baby during take-off and landing. She also asked us if we had ever traveled with a baby before, again in a disrespectful tone. She did not explain or demonstrate how to hold the baby safely, as other airlines usually do.After the plane departed, I moved to the row in front of me, as both rows were empty and our baby was asleep. I wanted to give her some space and comfort. However, the flight attendant came and told me to go back to my seat, as I had not paid for those seats. When I asked her why she did not apply the same rule to another passenger who had also changed his seat, she told me that it was "none of my business".I felt that the flight attendant treated ** differently because of our appearance and ethnicity. She was hostile and discriminatory towards **, while she was friendly and helpful to other passengers. She made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable on your flight.I am very disappointed and unhappy with this experience. I have flown with other Airlines many times before and I have never encountered such poor service. 1 starI have had nothing but issues trying this airline for the first time. When I check in we had to purchase 2 carryon bags for the trip and was only able to do one at checkin and the other at the airport. Secondly with the aircraft less than 1/2 full it split out group of three up in different rows only to force us to purchase more expensive seats to sit together. This is ethically wrong. If there are seats together the system should have placed ** together. This is nothing more than a forced money extortion. Even at the terminal the were so many seat available for my wife and I to sit together and at the end the personal refused to help us with out charging us further.I will be leaving extremely bad reviews everywhere I can and recommending to others not to fly with Flair.I am extremely disappointed with the overall service.Review fromAli A

1 starFlight from *********** to ********** at 11:40am on June 8, 2023 Charged me $73 for a personal item(i had a bag that was 4.5kg and the policy they have is a limit of 7kg) - I guess they all of a sudden cant read numbers. The staff at the gate were very rude and unprofessional as they were not willing to comply nor listen to anything I had to say as I was trying to read them their OWN POLICY. One flight attendant (who was unwilling to give me his name nor show his name-tag) was rude, unprofessional, and VERY RACIST. As I was trying to wait in a empty seat to go to the washroom as there was a big line up, he came up to me and started yelling in my face for me to get back to my seat causing a scene, told me he didnt care what i was sitting there for, yet every other white person was allowed to get up and go lay down in empty 3 seat rows and sleep (which multiple did for the whole reminder of the flight). As I brought it to his attention he did not care and just kept getting louder and louder and kept telling me this none of my business and he is SPECIFICALLY TALKING ONLY TO ME.This airline staff doesnt even know their own policies, hands down are the WORST OF WORST, they worry about the wrong things. They hire a overweight 300lbs+ racist to board the plane and have him represent the company, they worry why my school bag isnt round or thin enough, they worry about picking on people of colour instead of worrying about hiring people with discipline and honest work ethic.Review fromStephanie W

1 starWe took flair airline because they were a super cheap flight and we could finally take our toddler to visit family. We were going to ******* flying from ********** **. Flair airline never checked in our stroller and carseat, when we asked where it goes when boarding the air line person said just leave it "here" on the tarmac when loading the plane We arrive in ******* with no stroller and carseat . **************** has been no help whatsoever. We wanted to be compensated for our lost baggage or have our items returned We were forced to buy an entirely new carseat which was an expense we were not expecting.Review fromDipak K

My first even flight with Flair. The staff should be working in ************. Awfully rude and disrespectful. The flights cheap though but they will take money of your pocket somehow. I think its worth paying extra to other flights specially if you are going on vacation to enjoy as Flair will stress you even more.Flair Airlines
