      Friends had 5 flights booked in the Summer of 2022 for November flights. When looking to confirm flight details could not find any and reached out to be told that there are no scheduled flights for November.None of the people who have purchased these tickets have been informed of this cancellation and are left scrambling to find alternative options.

      Faulty app. Checked in a day early and app would not provide boarding pass properly. App was faulty. **************** was poor. People on ground have no ability to make errors correct. Will not be flying with Flair ever again. Had to rebook a same day flight for 409.20$ to get home on time. Won't be recommending Flair to anyone either.

      terrible airline. will never travel with them again. their customer service through the chat is a joke. been in the queue talking to 4 different agents and none of them seems to help. very frustrating. their online payment not working either.

      As many have stated, WORST experience ever. Cancelled flight and charged $1000 more to book a flight two days later. Cost me hotel cancellation fee, Uber costs to and from airport because they did not notify us of the flight cancellation. POOR customer service all around. Never again will I choose them.

      Worst customer service ever. It should not be the job of the customer to communicate between customer service agents, the medical team, back to customer service agents, and then to the refund support team. No concern for their customers in difficult situations. I will never be flying Flair again.

      Trash shell company of an airline.Flare left me and my signifigant other stranded in ********* after canceling our flight and failing to notify us in any way. Could not print a boarding pass the day before and just got directed to be an hour early by a pre recorded message to the air port it will be fine. Show up and there is no flight to ********. Guy behind the desk cant help at all cause "hes 3rd party" no one picks up the phone at flare and there website is down. 4 other people there with the same problem.Airlines should not be allowed to operate in this manner. Cost me **** to get home, never again.

      The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Do not give this airline your money unless you want to rip your hair out. There was an issue with their online booking system and the price for our flights continued to rise as we awaited a call from a manager to rectify the issue. That call was promised several times and never came. You might find a cheap flight but dont trust it. I thought Swoop had bad customer service, ******************** is on another level!

      Did Copy and Paste your response? You are correct, your customer service is remarkable but not in a good way. You also mentioned that we should reach out to ************************************* if our issue remains unresolved. Thats a joke too. Of course our issue is unresolved. You should be reaching out to me to fix it.

      Absolutely awful airline. Cancelled both my flights with the option to re-book, which I did, and even received email confirmation of re-booked flight. Well, I go check my online profile and I have no flights available. Managed to call them, and they they confirmed that everything was cancelled and by that time it was double the price to book elsewhere. An absolute nightmare.

      I had a flight from ******* to ********** August 2nd 2022 and my suitcase did not arrive and is lost.No one from Flair Airline responded at the ********** airport and the employees of Flair Airline did not care at all. They told me to stay in the airport for the flair manager but they left and the airport got closed. Now I am trying to talk with an agent for 3 hours. No one is responding. The employee did not give me a lost baggage claim form to fill out. The employees refused to provide their names and they did not have a name tag. They refused to provide me with a lost form and they refused to help. This is so frustrating that no one takes responsibility and no one answers. they made me wait for 1 hour in the airport and without responding they flair airline employees left. I asked for a name but they refused to provide me with their names.Also the trays in the airplane were very dirty. They did not even clean the trays not even mine but other passengers as well. It was obvious they did not sanitize the trays and plane as well,Such a frustrating experience and now mu suitcase is lost no one answers.Now what should I do? Who is responsible or going to answer? The worst Airline ever
