      Flight original departure time - 01:25 PM Delayed to - 03:55 PM Got through the security check-in and was waiting at the gate to board and received a message at 02:36 that my flight got canceled.There was no one at customer service to helpout. Called customer service 4 times for Rescheduling they offered a flight on 15th July on replacement of my flight on 5th July.Send several mails, received a reply that keep faith in us we will reschedule your flight within 1 hour. It's been 2 hours time - 10:45PM and I am going back home. All my plans went to drain. Such an irresponsible customer service team and airline. Never thought in my dream that such thing will happen. I still do not know when will I go to ********. My whole day is ruined.I booked a ticket for 225 CAD and other airline tickets available right now are 950 CAD.

      My son was flying out to ** some of his id was expired so told him he couldn't get on the plane missed his flight. Had to rebook with a bigger airline for the next day and it was no problem with his id. So lost the money with them, would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

      We had return tickets with Flair to ******** from ****************** returning June 20th ****************************************** compliance with size and weight we breezed through the process in ****************** on the return trip the all the bags fit perfectly into the sizer and were tagged by the staff at from of Queue .We we reached the podium for boarding passes and luggage tags we placed a small compliant bag on the scale it read less than what was wanted by Flair. Yet the lady at the podium stated we were trying to put through a bag overstuffed or over weight actually making accusations to us of possible over stuffing a solid walled small suitcase that we were checking in for cargo . I then put the bag back in the sizer flair uses it fit no problem and placed the back back on check in scale it still was under weight of Flair ******** That should have ended the issue instead for the next ten minutes the agent tried to get us mad possibly to prevent us travelling .I grabbed a supervisor who basically disappeared without comment . Then after customers in line started to yell at her we were ok she made the tag and we placed the bag on the conveyor belt making sure it actually went in the back , The bags us were OK correct weight and sizes and pre paid this issue upset my wife basically being called a liar over Flairs rules we were correct she did not know Flairs rules at all it seems ,we should have checked the bags in for everybody to sum it up they do not know what they are doing in Flair Edmonton check in . And we will never use them again and tell all our friends and mention often stay away from these people and their airline

      Should've read the reviews. They take the bait and switch scam to a whole new level. A "personal item" is allowed, but when you get to check in ("random" people cant, for some reason, check in online), they have a tray that will fit a kids lunch box, and that's when all the knives are out: they will charge almost the ticket price itself for your backpack. To top it all off, they are delayed 95% of the time. Avoid at all cost. The will go down, and hard.

      What a horrible company. They recently implemented a new policy essentially forcing people to buy baggage they dont need. To receive an electronic boarding pass without paying exorbitant fees for a carry on bag, you have to wait for an hour at the checked luggage counter. Greedy, cowardly, business practice by flair. Will never fly with them again.

      Worst airline to fly with. Yeah they're cheap but there's a reason why they're cheap. Almost every flight I've booked with them in the past was delayed and the last straw was a delay of over 7 hours with children. They claimed due to safety so they wouldn't be responsible for any compensation, but we all know they're going to say whatever suits them so that they're not liable to compensate. 5 minutes before boarding they let us know our flight from ******* had just left due to mechanical reasons. Why they wouldn't let people know when it's a 5-hour flight well before they got to the ****** airport and through security I'll never know. Clearly they don't have geniuses working for that company. Save yourself of a disastrous start and end to a vacation by spending a little extra money on a more reputable company.

      Very bad experience flaying with Flair, will never use this Airline again. Both flights, going to ******* and coming back, were changed, moved out by 5 hours and also delayed by another 2 hours. Also the checked baggage was open and from my friend were stolen 2 expensive personal belongings.

      Will never use Flair again. Extremely dissatisfied with the boarding agents demeanour and inability to aide my ESL senior father. She was rude, and belittling when she noted that his name did not match up from his boarding pass to his ID (he did not understand that he had to use the matching name due to his English reading comprehension when purchasing the ticket). They would not change his name on the boarding pass because it was already used to checked-in and told him There is no way you will be flying on my plane today, and we are done here, Im busy. He asked for the supervisor due to her behaviour and attitude and she stated, Im the supervisor. He was not allowed to board (to be expected due to the incorrect name), and he was not refunded the $54 baggage fees that he purchased in addition to the ticket as he was forced to do an online check-in to save a $25 check-in fee if checking in through the airport. He was told he could correct his name for the return flight and use that ticket, but since the name change was more than 3 letters, it would cost an addition $100 to change his name on the $98 ticket. When we called into customer service, it took over an hour on hold and then we were spoken down to and unsupported - the agent stated if his English was good enough to pay, he should have been able to understand the rest of it. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told I didnt need one. I demanded to speak to one and then was told they were unavailable and would call me back within 24 hours. It has been over a week and I have not received a call back. 100% do not recommend using Flair Airlines. Zero customer service or respect for their clients.

      0 stars. Flight was originally for 2pm, flight delay emails changed flight time 6 times before saying a flight was leaving at 8:30 am next day. The passenger is elderly and could not stay at the airport in the hope that the 8:30am flight would actually happen. Was given a new flight code for 2pm today. After contacting customer service was told that she would have to pay for the new flight as the 8:30 flight was a go. That e-mail came after 3am that the flight was a go, and even if we were waiting up all night for this email how could we be sure it was really happening?This was after being given the new flight. code for the 2pm flight. **************** made it out that this was our issue. I figure we will argue with them then eventually take the loss of time and extra expenses because that's how flair treats it's customers. I don't expect any positive outcome from flair! And a $7.00 voucher for food considering your to be stuck at the airport overnight? An egg salad sandwich is $13.00 a bottle of water is $3.00 plus. Just an overall nightmare

      Absolutely the worst airlines, lost luggage and getting nothing back other than cookie cutter answers. No help through phone calls multiple emails or at the airport. 100% would never recommend, and yes Ive had lugggage lost before with other airlines and it was found within a reasonable time and was also communicated with in a mannerly fashion. this is almost a month and half later on a DIRECT FLIGHT and they still cant find it!! So frustrating
